I've purchased two pistols and I'm going to participate in IDPA after some range time to get familiar with my new friends. Hoping to gain some insight from everyone here. It depends on where you are as to what matches are close to you. don't wait to start shooting a match most everyone is good and willing to help a new guy.There are not many CT shooters on this board.
