benos Posted March 20, 2013 Share Posted March 20, 2013 I tried taking a yoga class to focus on mind work for shooting and when I went to the class The yoga instructor told me to sit in a yoga position I said, what's that? she said, you know...sit down indian style, I said, so you want me to get a bottle of whisky and lay in the gutter? And I always felt it improved my ability to stay focused in matches. +1, I first seek the benefits of yoga when I had panic/anxiety attacks. I choose to have private sessions, coz here in the Philippines it only costs $36.00/1 hour session. But now I only do some poses and meditation.
