Good Nutrition Book

Not going to start a debate but I am a huge fan of Gary Taubes' book, Good Calories, Bad Calories. There is not enough science in nutrition these days, surprisingly.

Does anyone have a recommendation on a book for nutrition. I need to try something else, what I am doing isn't working. Thank You.

What are you trying to do?

I have quite a collection of nutrition books.

Most can be summarized as follows:

1) Buy and eat natural or unprocessed food.

2) Drink lots of water.

3) Don't eat fried foods.

4) Limit corn fed beef consumption.

5) Learn to indulge in moderation.

If you like the paleo approach, anything by Loren Cordain is good. He is the "father" of the paleo diet. Dr. Mercola's website has an weath of information--almost overwhelming really. Mark's Daily Apple is a good email newsletter to subscribe to.
