Can you use .38 super dies to load 9mm?

Just curious if I can use my .38 super dies to load 9mm. I'm guessing that I can't but figured I would ask first.

.38super has straight case while a 9mm has a tapered case

Thanks, that's what I figured. If I'm no longer shooting .38 super and loading on a 650 can I just swap the 9mm dies over and call it a day or will I need other parts?

yes i did the same last year, just swap the dies, and you good to go.

You'll need to adjust your seating die and powder die, but all you really need to buy is the 9mm sizing die. The rest of your tooling should be good to go.

you might need the 9mm crimp die also since the 9mm's case mouth and chamber dimensions at the mouth are slightly smaller then the 38 Super. depends on die and chamber tolerances.

I just ended up ordering the entire 9mm 3 die set so I'll be good to go.
