3quartertime
Finally made it downtown with one of my kiddo's. Pretty cool. No explanation necessary. Interesting place!
Tom Mainus
Do we really have an "x marks the spot" in the road where Kennedy got shot Not sure how I feel about that. Tom
3quartertime
Yeah. Actually there are two that I could see. There is a line to wait for traffic stops so you can run out in the road to get your picture standing on the X where he was shot in the head. Kinda morbid, but it's Americana I suppose... sirveyr
I like how someone highlighted the word "allegedly" on the plaque.
3quartertime
I like how someone highlighted the word "allegedly" on the plaque. Yeah, had to get a picture of that. The museum on the sixth floor is cool, but they didn't allow any photos.

RangerTrace
OK, it's about the same distance for you to experience down town Fort Worth and the Historical Stockyards. You should give them a try as well And now we you see you and some of the matches Edited August 16, 2011 by SV-COP
Tiny Warrior
Went there a bunch of years ago with my dad. Pretty cool. They also have "the window" in the building museum blocked off.
Flexmoney
Good pics. I hadn't seen that before.
3quartertime
The color depth is pretty good. Took the second one in HDR. It tends to make the picture darker and motion just plain sucks, but it brings the detail out. Very evident in the sky from the second one and the sky/whites of the others. Regular just washes the brights out. The HDR almost acts like a longer exposure or something.
