3quartertime
Considering a possible relocation to the Dallas area in the near future. Could use some info from the fine folks here; Where would be a good/not too expensive but nice place to live sorta close to Luv field? For reference I'd like to spend in the six to eight hundred a month range. What is the going rate for minimum two bedroom apartment? What is the going rental rate for a small house with a fenced yard and garage? My teenaged kids will most likely come along. What are the school areas to avoid at all cost!? Not looking at the shooting options at this time. Maybe in the future, but right now I just need some solid advise. Only looking to rent at this time as I may not stay in the area with this company. Any overall advise about this area? Ideally I'd like to move next to a golf course that is close enough to ride a bike to luv field to! I'd settle for an area that I could afford without a big commute time. Thanks!
shootingchef
the area around Love Field is not considered very nice. You can go to Uptown and be around biking and hiking trials. Good luck with you search, if you want more detailed info send a PM.
RangerTrace
Contact Steve Speer aka joseywales. He's a local GM and real estate broker. He was awesome to deal with when finding our home and I'm sure he's help you find something to rent.
