lcs
i burned a KKM out in ~20k rounds. It seemed like a fine barrel... until it wasn't. I doubt I'll use KKM again. FWIW I replaced it with an SV. I have had numerous KKM--never burned one. Had numerous Nowlins and burned one in < 10k, but does not mean all Nowlins will do that. Every barrel is different, even from the same manufacturer. The bottom line, you can not go wrong with either barrel.
Supermoto
I have seen Schuemann burn out in 15K and tumbled bullets. I had a KKM that lasted 60K, I have a shuemann AET that needs a .5 grain more to make major after 50K but still is very accurate. The latest barrel I had fit was a KKM, very fast barrel, but was poorly fit so I need got a true test of accuracy. Currently running a SV barrel, no complaints, accurate, good speed especially with poly bullets. Next gun will have a trubor barrel. They all make a great barrel and they have all produced lemons...
