JD45
I got this 1911 top-end from a friend's early days of IPSC competition. I've even got some good ideas here about what to build with it. But I really need funds for a production gun(Glock) now. If it is worth anything I'll put it up in the classifieds. The only wear I see are the pinholes burned in the breechface. How does that affect it's value? Colt slide. Kart .38Super barrel Don't know who made the comp.
JD45
Apparently old stuff isn't that interesting. But could anyone tell me if the breechface erosion will make it unusable?
Powder Finger
Apparently old stuff isn't that interesting. But could anyone tell me if the breechface erosion will make it unusable? Probably O.K. but they sure blanked more than a couple primers.

G-ManBart
That's not a terrible amount of erosion...it'd work. If it gets much worse, you can always do the bushing to replace that portion. R,
