Cd662
Been shooting for about a year and a few months, have done action shooting for a few months. There seems to be some good information on here. I'd like to expand my horizons in terms of formats and would love to give USPSA a try. Reading the posts here is helpful since I'm pretty impatient and self critical about improvement and I have to remind myself that these things are long term processes. MisterB
Welcome! Go to uspsa.org, use the club locator to find clubs in your area and they will help you. Just a warning though, this sport is habit forming. DVC B
Glshooter
welcome. I'm from CT too. There are plenty of places to shoot in the warmer months. A few in the winter. Check out these sites for schedules for both USPSA and IDPA matches in CT and surrounding areas. http://uspsa-ne.org/ http://downzero.com/
Cd662
Thanks for the link, very helpful! I'm trying to get a prospective schedule of events to attend in the near future. I suspect I will need to buy a few more speedloaders for USPSA/IPSC stuff though. Just sent in my ICORE and IPDA registration today though.
