Ed Deegan
Ok, need a new phone, and for work should have email. Would like to have a web browser, or at least some sort of phone number search. Still camera is needed, video camera would be nice. I dont want or need this thing to run my life, I am happy with a phone, if that makes sense. Will be using verizon, and my wife will probably get a new one as well. In the Washington DC area, so, verizon is probably my choice. Any advice? DWFAN
Droid X or Droid 2 would be my choices if I was not in a contract with Tmobile and wanted to switch to Verizon.

T3P_Guy
I really like my Droid X. I would probably go with the Droid 2 if you are looking for more of a "phone" than a multimedia super screened computer...
cyburg
If they want you have email all the time so they can over work you, let them get it for you.
Dave Gundry
Droid Incredible for a smaller (more normal) sized super-phone. Verizon was too expensive for me, so I went with a HTC Hero from Sprint (wife gets a nice service discount because of her employer). The Android phones are great, but can be a bit tough to get used to if switching from a basic/dumb phone, but the extra usefulness is much worth it. ClayBuster
If they want you have email all the time so they can over work you, let them get it for you. I agree 100% with this. If They want to to have THEY should get it and the plan for you.
