RAZZ
Is there a way to pollish the frame where the trigger bow slides back and forth? Pollishing compound on a heavy wooden Q-tip maybe? I don't have a project, I was just curious.

ParaGunner
I've polished the trigger bow with a dremel and some flitz polishing compound and also stoned the trigger track in the frame in one of my 1911s when I was having a trigger reset problem when I got some new mags for the gun. Bob DuBois
I'll polish the trigger bow with a little Simicrome and the edge of a terry cloth towel. Use a small flat file in the frame if the trigger won't drop in freely. Seldom more than just a few light strokes with the file.
