Beta mag

anyone play with a betamag ?

are they just a gimic or would you use one in THE DAY OF THE ZOMBIES ?

Its a great mag...we have used one in open div for several years with not a single issue

How often do you actually need the Beta Mag capacity? Or do you just use it for the monopod benefits?

I use a bipod.

If the stage is over about 40 rounds...I use the beta....Look Maa, no mag changes

The big advantage over it and the 45 round mags is its not near as long as the 45 round mags which is nice if shooting through a low port etc. I also makes a nice "prop" for table starts as well. I usually just use a 45 round mag but have a beta I could use if need it

I have one, but try to limit it's use because it just doesn't seem to be a very robust design, and I'm afraid it may break someday. And they're pretty spendy to replace. I rarely need the extra capacity, anyway. When I have used it, it has worked 100%. Dave Neth's Beta self destructed on him during Ironman a couple years ago.

If you want the capacity, you can't beat them.

Granted I doubt I would run 100 rounds through my gun as fast as I could.

I have the one with the clear back so you can see how much ammo you have left, never had any issues with quality or function.

I'm pleased with it.
