  1. Has anyone tried lately (since the holiday's) to use Beretta's online customer support aka "Ask a Question" ? I tried to submit an inquire about some parts for my 390 only to find out according to what I am seeing that they still have it disabled from the holiday's.
  2. Thats the way I felt about the "holes" they would me more of a dust trap, causing mechanical problems than they would be of any other use. I just received an extension from SureCycle for my Benelli and it dosen't have the holes. Thankfully.
  3. Anyone here have the slightest clue as to who makes a Benelli Magazine extension similar to this one? Note....the "Shell View" feature.
  4. I am not certian if this is a suitable place to post such a question. But its worth a shot. I have been reading stories about Benelli SBEII owners having issues with the ComforTech recoil pad falling out. I am curious to hear how legit this story is. And what some here have done to correct such an issue.

  6. Thats become an awful expensive cabinet Many years ago my mom had bought some steel cabinets cheep, and was cleaning them up. While cleaning them she cut the tendon in here right index finger.

  8. After talking to the dealer tonight that will be handling the transfer. The seller was having the faxes sent to his job, but for some reason the party that was intercepting the faxes their either didn't know who he was or something but they were destroying them. On the third attempt they called the dealer and told him not to send any more. So he has mailed it out.
  9. I have recently been trying to get things squared away so that the seller can ship a semiauto shotgun that I have purchased. Only something has went south. Everytime the party handling the FFL transfer attempts to fax a copy of his FFL it comes back to him. I know that there are too many possibilities as to why so I won't press that question. Though in amist of all this I have had some thoughts come to mind. Can the paying party send a copy of the FFL holders license with the payment or does it have to come from the address on the License? And how come the FFL holder is required to send a copy of his license prior. But if the owner is shipping a firearm in for repairs no matter whether its a private gunsmith or a commercial gunsmith. The smith is not required to send a copy of thier FFL prior (to the best of my knowledge)?
  10. I know about Nordic Components from reading all the different post's here about them. Though I am just curious what other names are out there when it comes to Magazine Extensions for Benelli Shotguns?
  11. IMO that would be the first thing I would try. I was having the similar issues, only with a Beretta. When I replaced the recoil spring, it was a good 1" shorter than the replacement recoil spring. And I would be lucky if I had 1000 rounds through mine.
  12. If the case insert slide gets enough wear in the grooves that slide on the platform. Any nominal wear the case insert slide will have a tendancy to bind as mine did. When you have a spring pushing one way on the bottom of the slide and a camming pin that is pushing on the slide in another direction. +1 for calling Dillon
  13. I have been looking at the Bogen/Manfrotto's just haven't decided which model and head.........Just might run up to a camera shop in Omaha (weather permitting) and see whats on the market. choices
  14. I apologize for not clarifying that... Stand alone.
  15. Considering what I paid for this spotting scope, I don't want to be too stingy and have something that isn't stable enough. Yet I don't want to go overboard and have something worth more than the scope is either
  16. I got a Velbon off Ebay and it works great. First one I had was a Velbon, a gust of wind got a hold of it knocking it over the QD base broke. And put a crack in the UV Filter on my camera. Since then I have never been able to find a replacement QD base for it.
  17. I have been looking for a reasonable tripod to use with my spotting scope, but it seems everyone out there is either so flimsy that it shakes like a leaf when the slights breeze comes up or everything that should be made from a sturdy material isn't. After spending close to 1K for a spotting scope, I would like some legs for it that I can depend on.
  18. I'll vouch for that!!! And I live in this cruel state. Does any one know if he still offers his revolver classes or discontinued them....Nothing on his web site about the classes.
  19. Yes......... and No........ If one has plans to stick to reloading for clays per say 2 3/4" rounds then I will pass up a MEC for a Dillon any day. The SL900 is built like a tank, compared to any press that MEC has to offer. And with a warranty I think every company out there should be offering. Though if one also has intentions of loading 3" or 3 1/2" rounds then their best bet would be an MEC. Due to the flexability, the SL900 isn't adaptable to 3" or3 1/2" rounds. Something Dillion hasn't mastered as of yet.
  20. Can some of you geniuses help bring me up to date a little? I was reading up on a gun I am about to get and come across the word "Melonite". (Never heard of it before) I looked around online for more information about it but couldn't find anything that would relate it to firearms. Is this finish a plus or minus?
  21. If my memory is "working" correctly that was about the same time they come across the party that was intentionally driving up the price of commodities yet he had no investments or intentions of investing in the market.
  22. $9.00 Give it time...... They claim its just the housing market that will be effected. Though I wouldn't be surprised that it effects more than just the housing market. What gets me is that while just about every one is lowering their prices to match the current market. There are those "black sheep" out there that are still wanting $40-50 for 25lbs.
