  1. My 3 Gun limited shotgun is zeroed at 50 yrds. At that distance I get all the rounds touching.
  2. Sight black works well if you have a fiber optic front sight but it's too bright for you. Just spray some sight black on and it will make th fiber optic dimmer, you'll still be able to tell that it's there.
  3. I think it's where you see the sight lift from after you shoot. If you look at the target to see where the bullet hole is you didn't call your shot. Shooting an open gun really helps with this.
  4. You could drill a screw through part of the mag pouch that is attached to the belt into the belt. It works, they don't move.
  5. I want to get a set of optics for my new open, 3 gun rifle. Does anybody have any recommendations?
  6. I have a tip on leaving a box. This works out pretty well for me. Ex: If i have to move from a box to another box on the right, i will shoot right to left. I bend my right knee a little bit. The bending of my knee controls where my upper body transitons to. This way i sort of get my momentum going to the right before i leave the box If i have to shoot around a barracade i will shoot the oppiste of slicing the pie. That way my momentum is going to the right. (of course this only works for USPSA) YMMV
  7. NODACK, I've been shooting open for 1 1/2 years. I don't use anything but cr speed. I use the holster and mag pouches and belt. I never had any problems. Using cr speed equipment I rose from 20% to 60% in USPSA. If you decide on the cr speed I reccomend the arredondo attatchment for the end of the holster. I think it really makes a difference.
