I am using a Precisiondelta 115 JHP with 4.6 WSF. This is a 133 PF load in the JP5. The red dot hardly moves with the 80* lock and even better with the 70*. This same load was 138 PF Load in my GMR.
how much diff between the the 70° and 80° lock? I debated on buying an 70°. -
Better than 231 for sure, barely and cleaner. It’s my 3rd reserve powder behind Sport Pistol, then N320.

Haha wow. Yes way way too much.

it doesnt really matter. i buy 115's because they are cheep cheep and a little snappier and quicker-cycling than 124. But we are shooting heavy guns (shadow 2 and sig legion) so recoil is not even a thing.
im a girl with recoil, so I’ll happily disagree lol. But anything under 130pf is soft ha. -
I prefer 135s, then 124/5, then 147s. I just didn’t care for the impulse of a 147 with several different powders I tried from TG, Sport Pistol, W231, W244, N320, and N340.

If you still have the old PCC, change lowers see if that changes anything. Change bolt to the JP and see. Just start eliminating components.
what he said. Process of elimination but starting with the lower as the angle for mag seating may change the angle the round gets inserted is the best starting point. -

I use the tub called HOBART. It works great on the revolver and also my compensators. Just use a brush to put it on and I'm good for a couple of days.
good to know. I’m a try this with Frog this weekend. Thx! -

would you say the riser puts it at around 1/3 cowitness height?
approx yes. I prefer it was it’s more natural to me. I run the XL 6MOA too. -

got it! thanks!
no worries. I really like the mount myself. Super light. Good height with a plate to rise it some more, which I use. Has posts for the 3/XL optics. Looks decent. Overall a win for me. -

what posts are included? for all the optics?
So, there are holes for the posts, and the posts drop in, So you can move the posts. I’m using them for my Romeo3 XL. -

I’ll look for it at Scheels. If it’s 115gr 130pf then it’s approx 1130~fps which is what mt 115gr load is approx, and it’s stupid soft and stupid accurate.I bet Eley is using a slightly slower powder than me (Sport Pistol). Might make a difference in impulse.
im really happy with my load but I will tune it some more.

They're accurate and run great but holy hell does your comp get caked with crap. I ended up switched to everglades plated because of this

Has anyone tried the Eley PCC ammo and chrono it?
i haven’t but should. I know Scheels near me sells Eley. What specific kind -

does it include posts? i don't see any on the mount. or is it flat and only uses the screws
yes it has posts. I really like it myself. -
Haha yup. Hate their brass, but not all their brass has the small holes that the idiotic engineers decided to make smaller.
I usually toss it if it see it, but my MA die has no issues with it either way.

These strategies work for classifiers too but most people just blow through them as fast as they can and tank them.
If you are a typical C shooter and want to make B, figure out what times you need to shoot solid B runs. You are not going to go straight to GM so there is no need to try to do something in 3 seconds when 6 seconds will get better results.
I know that’s an over simplification but the idea is the same.
Top shooters will frown upon trying to stay within your abilities but it obviously works
I’ve been telling this to locals forever but it doesn’t look cool, so they go fast and suck and then complain on how hard it is. Also, they respect classifiers way too much and let it get in their head. I was once guilty of this. Now I shoot it like a regular stage. -

Anti Spatter didnt work for me. Frog Lube worked better.
Spray or the tub of wax? I have the tub of wax but never considered using it for this. Any input? -

4.0gr Sport Pistol
1.120”
for approx 130pf at 1130fps~ in Utah at 4200 ft elevation
