Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. I just got off the phone with Joe from Patriot Defense. He looked at the X-Calibur and can mill it for a Deltapoint and another (forgot which one LOL)...but the RMR Holosun requires a plate to make it work with the slide design. They are working on an adapter plate design (ETA Christmas or earlier). I am leaving my slide with him to be first in line ... so looks like a little longer wait until I get my match version (now watch they will release the match version in the US).
  2. I just got back from the range and they were not familiar with them. They are about 30 minutes away or so from where I work. Do you want to give me some details and see if they answer a local call ... or worst case scenario an in person visit. Let me know and I can try and help. Tony
  3. I just posted on another forum topic .... globalordance.com does have spare parts for the X-Calibur ... they don't have them listed so you have to start a chat session or email the sales email address (Sales@globalordance.com). This is what I posted on the other forum topic about spare parts ... the Global people have been great to work with (and a prime source of my cash outflows for the last couple months LOL) Just a quick note ... if you go to the Global Ordnance website and start up a chat session or email them they do have most small parts available for sale. I just ordered all of the parts less sights and a replacement slide for my X-Calibur ... the only part they didn't have in stock was the firing pin spring. Prices were very reasonable for the slide items. Extractor $11 Extractor Spring $0.50 Firing Pin $20.50 Fixate Pin $2.25 Fixate Pin Spring $1.40 Stripped Slide (X-Calibur) $250.00 For a little under $300 with shipping I will have a replacement slide (hopefully milled for a Holosun shortly). I didn't ask about any additional parts ... but worked with the sales guy and just sent an exploded diagram with the parts that I was looking for and they were excellent to work with.

  5. Hi TonytheTiger ..... I am in MN ... south of where they are located ... but I can ask the Range Master at my local if they know anyone (they are all pretty well connected). I will see them today when I take my Range Lunch Break Tony
  6. Just wanted to drop a note on this thread. I just mailed my slide and Holosun off to Joe this morning. I figured since this thread was what my catalyst for doing it I would let you guys know how it turns out when I get it back. Thanks, Tony
  7. Just joined and thought I would drop a note to say hi. I am a recent Grand Power X-Calibur owner and just sent my slide and Holosun off to Patriot Defense to see if it will work. Figured I owed it to the forum that sent me that direction to let them know how it goes. Thanks, Tony ~ mnpolock
