If there is not some unusual wear on the sear or hammer you probably just need to the increase the tension on the left leaf finger.

There are cheap ones. The expensive ones typically get you a nicer looking hand guard, lighter weight and the big one... excellent customer service.

I was locked out for a few weeks and just got back in a few days ago. Perhaps whatever was going on was related to guest logins from Tapatalk?
I was trying several times a day, if each attend was a guest user it could explain it.

I don’t know the answer. But I have never needed to do it to clean things up. Rem cleaner with a brush gets things nice and clean.

It’s likely an extractor tension issue.
But what weight recoil spring are you running and how many rounds are on it?
Lube the breach face and extractor and see if things improve. If they do, tune the extractor.

but a Dillon technician told me that if the cases are too clean the resizing dies might stick. She said that “some carbon helps the press work better” so now I run the tumbler for 1 ½ - 2 hours only.
This is spot on. I tumble a minimal amount of time with case polish and never need to lube pistol cases.

Never weighed. I also never had an airline request to open the case and show it’s not loaded. They just give me a tag to put on the case inside the luggage. I did once encounter a 30 min delay in Orlando due to their unique procedures.

This is correct. The case the gun is in gets a non TSA lock that only you can open. If the case the gun is in gets placed inside a suitcase, the suitcase gets locked with a TSA lock.

The Lyman M die cleans up the inside of the neck well enough. It sits in the last station of my 650 after the trim die on my prep tool head.

Do you lock the checked luggage also? Or just the cases ( guns and ammo) inside the check luggage?
Locking the luggage with a TSA lock is permitted. The gun case inside your luggage should be done with a non-TSA lock.

I am working on loading different weight bullets to see what my Pcc will like. I have several reloading Manuals but my Speer Manual has a note under the 147 gr. Bullet that the 147 grain is not recommend for barrels 10 in or longer, is this due to pressure or maybe velocity?

I’d go STI. I own 3 MBX mags and cannot get them to run at all. 1-2 jams per mag. No issues with my STI mags.

Case feeder is mandatory. Nothing else is really needed. If you plan to load 1000+ rds per session I would probably go for the roller handle as well as a nice to have.
