  1. Have you had any issues with the Odin seizing up? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. I definitely like to hear what your thoughts are on the SA. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Thanks for your thoughts. I watched that on YouTube the other day. I found it very informative. On the 50-70 fps drop how does that effect you more as limited shooter? I did like that the SA can be used as a traditional restriction flow or bleed off. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I'm in the market for a adjustable gas block. I have it pinned down to the Superlative arms or the SLR7. What's your thoughts? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. I finally got some time to measure to see if I have enough clearance for a adjustable gas block. Turns out I have plenty of clearance with the F1 hand guard. I was about to purchase a SLR7 the the Superlative arms adjustable gas block bleed off caught my eye. Have you guys have any experience with Superlative arms adjustable gas block bleed off? 6. Thanks Nick for the info. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I like it. Looks good. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Thanks for the info and the thread. I've been looking at the SLR7 adjustable gas blocks. I looked at the dimensions of the gas block and it appears like it won't work with my F1 M7M Miculek handguard. I'll check when I get back home. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. I'm not sure on that the weight difference. I've been away from home and plan to work on fine tuning my F1 next week. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Dawson Percision has a good recommendations chart in the recoil spring section on Dawson's website. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Tombstone tactical has the black oxide stock. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I wonder if the Stretch 16 intermediate gas system just being 1.5" shorter than a rife gas system will give it a bigger window? I probably shouldn't be so worried about the muzzle rise and just shoot. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I'll give that a try if the gas block doesn't do the trick. Thanks mpeltier. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. I'll be aware of that now. Thanks Steve. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Tim, Thanks for your thoughts. There's two differences between the rifles. 1) Barrel length/ length of the gas system. 2) adjustable gas block. I'm planning to take the adjustable gas block off the Colt and give that a try before purchasing anything else. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. I have thought about a adjustable block. Do you guys have any recommendations on a adjustable gas block? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. No, using the gas block that came with the barrel. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. I just recently built a new A.R. 15 with a stretch 16 barrel with SJC brake, JP LMOS and M4 buffer. I took the gun out to test fire using AE 233 55 grain and was surprised by the felt recoil and muzzle rise. I'm comparing the felt recoil to my Colt CRP 18 with adjustable gas block and the same SJC brake. I'm planning to try a gutted M4 buffer first to see if that helps. Next a Armalite tunable brake if the gutted buffer doesn't work. Do you guys feel I'm on the right path? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Thanks choy, It would be nice to try a 6" out before I got mine. If everyone lives near the Indianapolis IN area and wouldn't mine letting me try there 6" pistol out it would be greatly appreciated. I'm currently running a STI Hex marauder 9mm. I owned a 5" full dust cover bbl in the past and didn't like the extra weight over the noise. I'm planning to use the 6" bushing barrel 9mm for 3 gun next year. I'm hoping the extra site radius will help me with the longer shots and will transition quickly to the closer shots as well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Choy, What did you think about the 6" limited gun? That's what Ed is building for me. I read some people feel the 6" is sorta sluggish. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. That being said I ordered it back in June. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Ed said it would be 8 months or less. I'm hoping for less. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Will do. I'm scheduled to receive it in the beginning of 2017. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Nice. Seems like the going price for a custom holster. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
