I have seen several people shooting open with squared off comps. The guns will stand up on there own. When the walk through says flat on table, then the argument was "the bottom of the comp is flat" They were allowed to do it. My question is, If the the gun were to tip over is it considered a dropped gun resulting in a DQ?

I lost a mag once while running. Before I even got to the next stage I tightened the screws on all my mag pouches. It has never happened again and when doing reloads I don't even realize that they are tighter.

ANY DVD with CLONE DVD. Is what I have found to work the best. ANY DVD will break around the copy protection.

How is this? The comp is wider than the gun. It started out as a piece 1 1/2 inch round stock. The wider ports really seem to work, very well! One of JT's brainstorm"s

This is my open gun. As you can see it was built by JT's gunsmithing. It's an SV infinity chambered in 9mm. I am a mold maker so I did all of the machining including the titanium comp. I also did most of the blending and polishing. JT did all of the final fitting and tuning.

Well I don't know what to say but the aeftec cured my problems. Maybe my extractor was tuned wrong, I really don't know. The bottom line it works 100% now!

I run a slide mounted dr. sight. I've been having problems with the spent cases hitting the dr. site. Sometimes, maybe 1 out of 25 I get an empty case pinched in the ejection port (like a stove pipe but facing forward, not up). I think the empty case is bouncing off of my sight into the ejection port causing the jam. I've been told by a few people that the aftec would take care of this. I don't know if this is true or not, but before I shell out the cash for the aftec I would like a good idea if it will work or not. Does anyone have any advice or an opinion about the aftec extractor? thanks, cmb
