I don’t know anything about trimming on a Dillion , however I do know that the Giraud trimmer is worth every cent. Trim, chamfer, and deburr all in one step . I did 800 6.5x47L cases the other night in about thirty minutes

Take a local tactard class and you will get all you need from idiot not dozens

You have the Wheeler? Is it the digital one?
Yes -
I have one and it has been money well spent. I don’t think they weight difference will break the crew unless it’s aluminum

I’m curious what Foley’s selling points were when he ran for president. Did he fulfill anything he said he would do?

Field method: Deck of cards which are always easy to find on deployment. Place them under the flat bottom scope until you can’t fit more. Make sure all cards are centered under scope.
Tech method:
take 2 iPhones with a level app that show degrees and then level your rifle, switch to other iphone to confirm its same level ensuring by eye it’s perfectly in the same position as other iPhone. If phones are not giving same level data the app should have a calibrate feature. Calibrate them Identically this can be a step 1 also.
Once rifle rails are level place scope on rings and finger tighten to even ring gap spacing on tube clamp points. Now level with an iPhone. I usually depending on scope make take top elevation cap off so I’m on scope body not a cap. Depends on make.
Level and tighten, test and check test and check.
App i I use is theodolight Serves many purposes. Also map measure pro is an awesome app for long range shooter.
It might be cheaper to just buy the wheeler scope leveling kit. Since it does the same thing

There is really no telling. You probably won’t wear the die out. Now the decapping pin you could kill at any moment. Get some spares

Should’ve went with the commands and shut him down after “standby”

I shoot Single Stack and as you know we do many reloads. Last weekend in one of the RO's commented after a stage I shot he said you never looked at your reload... I never realized that I didn't look.
Did you tell him you wipe blind too when you finish taking a poo. -
Great Idea, anybody using a cement mixer.?

I’ve seen several people using the mixer. The best ever was a wet tumbler made from a 55 gallon drum -
Please explain how wac ruins brass.

Hey gents, I know I'm reviving an old thread here. What if you could have a 1911 style trigger on a Glock? How would that change things? I mean a straight pull, linear trigger that you could adjust pre and overtravel, and get to hang around 2-3 pounds. Thoughts?
You cannot make that extra 1/2” of trigger pull disappear. A Glock will always be just a Glock no matter what you do to it. If you think a 1911 would fit your likes better just shoot a 1911 -
It’s one of those better to have it and not need it type of things. I shoot SS major and I have no problem knowing I have 3-4 unused mags still on my belt. If you wanna be that guy you’ve seen run out of ammo during a stage then so be it.

I have narrowed it down to these three and I need a new muzzle break so let me know what you think
I don’t see the options -
This will be a tough first match! A Texas star and some left hand only shooting! I should have practiced more lol!
You will be fine. Everyone has had their first match. You are in a fun squad -
It could’ve been a double. Should be plenty of room for 6.4 grains of powder behind a 147. That or it was stepped brass. Is there room in stepped brass for a 147 at mag length?

They will adjust to any bullet profile

It works great for me weekly

Most shooters and a lot of R.O.'s don't read the rules but think they know them.
Agreed! That’s why I’ve started making myself read it every night. -
It depends- most of them I would get rid of. The ones that are about stage design or match administration can stay, and be used as guidelines for stage approval for bigger matches.
Needs to be more rules on stage design.
A tale of two warranties

I hate to hear about all your troubles, although it’s nice to know it all went your way. I believe you can arrange pick up of a package st your home or office from fedex. In the past I’ve just left it on the porch when I leave for work just like they do when they drop them off.
