Looking online I have found stock 2 xtremes listed as having 4.5", 4.75", and 4.9" barrels.
Does it come in all these different lengths or are these mis-prints or perhaps different ways of measuring the length or region specific???
thanks!
This is an important plus for me and one of the reasons I want new pouches. The ones I have now are hard to get a good deep grip and I end up trying to reload while holding the mag by my fingertips.
I need to get better mag pouches for my xdm mags. I am thinking about getting the CR speed pouches but I am interested in what others use and what they like/don't like.
Currently I only shoot production USPSA.
+1 I had the exact same situation and solved it the same way. I think I was not careful when cleaning the gun and got lube into the channel. now I just clean that area with a dry pad.
I think your best bet is to wear shoes made for sports played on concrete. That would be outdoor basketball shoes or tennis shoes (like shoes actually made for tennis). I use a pair of tennis shoes and they grip and stick to concrete like crazy.

I had a similar issue and bought the xd spring kit from wolff. That kit comes with a new striker spring and 3 different weighted recoil springs. I put in the stronger striker spring and the 16lb recoil and haven't had any issues since.
Excel does have a few "Skills and Drills" practices each month that start at 8pm. I work in the city and have the same issue of getting to a range by 6 so the 8pm time works out great.
