I just got my MPX PCC, will test it this week and will run it in the match this weekend. I ordered a magwell and magazine extension for this thing. Working on my reloads this time and need some help in regards to OAL. Thanks.

Anybody have a picture of bmiller magwell?

I need a recommendation to which magwell I can use for PSA AR9 lower.

I can't wait to see mine in the next few days. It will have a KKM hybrid barrel.Nice. I really want to try a hybrid too. My next build Will definitely be either a 5 or 5.4. Inch hybrid, preferably KKM, with a pt evo grip, long dust cover. I can’t be thinking about another build yet though. I’ve only put 2000rds though this one. My gun just runs and runs. Don does a really phenomenal job.

This is how the gun originally looks like. I can't wait to see Don's magic!I wish i would have done a hybrid barrel on mine. But when I bought the new barrel right after buying the gun I knew knowing about 2011s and the various options. That’s going to be so sweet.

Is that a KKM hybrid barrel? Don will soon start to work my old STI Competitor 38SC and I am wanting a 9mm KKM hybrid barrel.

I think for me the 155 has the perfect length to do my reload. Easy to grab, not too long and not too short.

I am using a Dawson Aluma buff and 7lb recoil spring, so far I have no problem.

Thought FMJ is not good for open because of the exposed lead.
I have no issues using FMJ. it's just dirty after the match, but that is not an issues since I clean my gun very often. I am now using RMR HP.

I’m running a 7lbs wolf speing in my CK arms. It works great and shoot nice and flat.
Do you use a buffer?

I noticed Ernie Hill is back active in FB hmm...

9.5 Grains of AA7 and 124FMJ. Lighter and softer than my previous load of HS6

The first thing I considered was the budget. Since the first one he made run flawlessly why not do it again. I had a good deal on this used 38SC, still run good but I hate the fact of picking the brass and can only recover a fraction of the amount I shot. I think this is a personal preference.Just curious about the cost of buying the used gun and having all that work done vs just buying a new (or used) one chambered in 9mm off the get go. Seems like it’d be a wash. Is it something having to do with quality or s personal preference of components?
thanks

Chester who?
I thought of changing my back-up 38 SC to 9mm. Chester is a local gunsmith in South Carolina. He worked one of my 40 STI open and changed it to 9mm now my primary gun and runs great. New slide, barrel and comp etc. A couple of months ago, I bought a used STI Competitor 38SC and he will do the same job, change the caliber to 9mm. New barrel, comp, slide lightening and chrome it.

Thinking of the same, but with Chester's price I think I am going his way. $850 includes everything.Sounds good

k, the RTS2s eat batteries. One will not last an entire match even if I turn it down after each stage. The dot is too dim for SC. One will last the whole match. The third will last one match even if I don't turn it down between stages. The only battery I've changed in a DPP was on a new one, because the battery it came with was almost dead.
I have the same problem with my RTS2. Try to check the battery tray. I found a crack on the tray that there were occasions the dot disappeared and cannot keep the battery life longer. 2 to 3 matches the most. Try to call Cmore and they can tell if you have an old battery tray (V2). It's been 3 months and I am still using the same battery after putting the new replacement tray from Cmore.

AA7 9.7 124 pd 1.160. 175pf. Kkm barrel 3 pooples.
I went out and tried some loads using Accurate #7. I like it a lot, it is more flatter and softer compared to the current powder HS6 I am using. I get a power factor of 172 at 9.5 grains. I think this will be my new favorite load. Thank you.

Yup its my favorite major powder so far.
115gr
Oal 1.140
9.7gr aa7
Winchester brass and fmj bullet.
Also seems to work fine with coated bullets my oal is about .050 shorter tho and the charge is just reduced a tad.
How do you like this compared to other powders?
Sig MPX PCC (Gen 3) load?
in Pistol Caliber Carbine

I just bought one (MPX PCC) and just tested my loads that were used for my PSA AR9 this week and have no problem at all.
I used several kinds of 124gr bullets - RMR fmj, RMR mpr and rainier HP under 3.7gr of Titegroup at 1.125 oal.
