2.8gr of N320 at 1.140" gave me 771 avg (36 ES) in a G34 with KKM barrel.

2.9gr gave me 787 avg (32 ES)

I currently run a 4.5/13# in my 34, but throw in a 5# when shooting questionable ammo with no issues.

It really depends on the gun. The 5# spring is your safest bet. I've had light strikes with a 4.5# AND a ZEV lightened striker, shooting Atlanta Arms loads. I've never noticed a difference with the marine cups.

You can throw in some dummy rounds and video from overhead. Dummy rounds have helped alot with my son shooting left.

I just started running True Blue with Xtreme 147's and it seems cleaner than the Titegroup I was previously using. The recoil seems about the same, and my 12 year old doesn't have any more limp-wrist failures. The load is 4.5gr at 1.140" and it gives me 858fps out of his G17. I do get 40-50fps spreads (mixed brass), but the accuracy is better than he is.
