Hell, I would just like to know where to buy one of these?

I have local sources across the country, scour websites, and buy anything that works. Have 20Lbs between 231/Bullseye right now. It takes time to acquire pistol powede.

W231 Meters well out of my 650 of course, I have a micrometer powder bar.

EGW on the way. Chamber gauge did not catch this issue. Part of the game when sampling mixed brass.

Couple of things to check. Was the bulge at the base or where the bottom of the bullet is in the case? Kind of hard to believe a bulge in a 9mm that won't feed in an M&P chamber. I'm still guessing crimp. Is your sizing die literally just kissing the shell plate? It has to be real close if not touching to get the most sizing. What brand of die? If it's Dillon it will rarely get low enough on the case to size it all. Are you sure they are not too long? Will they spin in the chamber? Crimp should be in the neighborhood of .376-.379. Dillon Dies. So.... After reading the genius on this forum, I adjusted crimp, same issue. Looked at sizing die, everything was good, so I went and ahead and adjusted all the way down, and what do you know? Walla. The RP's will spin freely in the barrel. I still feel a slight bulge, but the "bulge" is way closer to the head than prior. I guess only the RP was sensitive. I don't feel so bright, only 10 shells to re-work. Guys, I appreciate all the help. I am still in the beginning stages of reloading (<10000), but this forum has increased my knowledge greatly.

The once fired came from a Haley class in which I participated. All brass was once fired (99%) as everyone was using new ammo. I just tested the 4 RP's that would not feed and there was a slight bulge in the brass not allowing the feed. I just resized one RP and inserted to the barrel, but I will try next when loading with a bullet what happens. Should I increase the crimp?

First time loading 9mm, went out and a had multiple battery failures and then case would become stuck. After closer inspection it was all the RP stamped cases causing the issue, everything else fired fine. Will go back and measure everything on the failed cases, but am sort of baffled by this failure. Is there any other place to buy GS Swager and shell plates except for ebay? I abhore eBay and dread re-joining.
