One group outta 100 rounds is what baffles me. I was shooting 1.50" groups at 75 yds a couple weeks back and I cleaned the barrel and gun. I guess maybe I'll try better ammo next and see if it makes a difference.

I was shooting both off hand and bench on the poppers and paper.

I couldn't even get 5 shots close. I had three in about a 1" group and the rest were flyers. All other attempts at a group were fruitless. The poppers were approximately 18" tall.

I went to the range today for a little target practice. I set up the paper at 100 yds. I shot close to 100 rounds and couldn't come close to a group. I noticed the range had added three popper targets. I consistently hit the poppers and it was my first time ever shooting at them. I can't figure out why I could not group but I could hit the poppers. Any thoughts?

I have a spikes lower also and the pins that came with the spikes lpk was loose in the receiver. They didn't fit tight.

The disconnect is supposed to move freely without the trigger moving with it correct?

I'm in the process of building a lower and I'm installing the trigger. I installed the trigger per instructions on a video. In the video it shows the disconnect moving freely once installed. Mine doesn't. What would cause my disconnect to be stuck.

I shot 55 grain tula at 100 yards this past weekend at the range and it printed all over the place. I then shot pmc at the same distance all with iron sights and it grouped more consistent.

I found some clamp on brakes but they are as much as a barrel

I'm planning on joining a club. There is a few in my area. Just haven't as of yet.

I originally bought the gun for hog hunting but I've been watching 3 gun for the last year on TV and thought that looks like fun. I'm sure if I enjoy it down the road I'll buy a purpose built rifle for it.

Thanks guys. I haven't joined a club yet. Just shooting at the indoor range. Mine came with the smooth barrel it's not threaded for a comp. I figured if I really enjoyed it I could possibly put on a adjustable gas block if the recoil was keeping me from acquiring a quick second shot.

I just entered the world of the black rifle with a mp sport. I picked it up for 600 out the door. I want to try some local three gun matches. What should I consider upgrading. I've already bought a JP yellow spring kit which dropped the trigger pull to about 3.8 lbs. What if anything would be recommended to make it ready
