    Thank you for the offer. I have not finalised the pistol I'm borrowing, so have multiple holster options, but they're all the same model of serpa.

    I have a question about gear for the match. I only have a SERPA style holster, can I use this or like other matches is it not allowed?

    Thanks to Linda I'm in, all paid up and waiting to squad. Will be my 2nd Pro-Am and the 4th visit to The Rock. Be good to see you all again.

    No complaints about our squad on the re-setting side. Everybody mucked in and did their part, a great bunch of guys.

    A great match, many thanks to Gary, Linda, the ROs the staff at Rockcastle and the sponsors, esp to Tyler at Adams Arms for loaning me his rifle to blast off my leftover ammo this morning. I shot with a great bunch on Am squad 11, plenty of good banter and friendly piss-taking. Hope to shoot with all of you guys sometime in the future.

    Do the vendors sell before the match starts? I have to put all my stuff in checked baggage after the UK version of the TSA tried to take it last year when it was in my carry on. I'm flying a route notorious for bags not arriving too.

    Much more of a "better shoot 3 times" shooter you mean? Ian is one of the few shooter I have seen use indiscriminant volume of fire to allow the no shoots a chance to run for cover before he engages the scorable paper. So you're saying overwhelming application of tactical suppressing blind fire is not required on this stage?

    How does the scoring work on the paper pistol targets? Is it 2 hits anywhere to score or do the A box hits score higher?

    I'm practising with an airsoft Glock, my .22 AR and my Stoeger M3K, What kind of round count can we expect? Will we need any 12G slug?

    I booked a hotel in Bowling Green, the cheaper motels in Cave City were already fully booked.
