I guess it was never polished then. The other one was nice and shiny, but had the small frame dimples. Anyone have some of the pieces to start the Hunter on it's way?

Where is the shine? I'm going a different direction. I can just create what I really want with what I have: I guess the mag release, slide stop, safety and hammer I can get from EAA? Send my frame for hard-chrome and where do you get those base pads?

Strike two. At least for me, since it's Matte and not Anodized.

Call them for an update on when. They said at some point in 2015.

EAA will be importing the Xtremes. Will that one not be offered?

I gave a Sprinco a try and was mixed on how I liked it. This Limited has a 20lb spring which functions about perfect with up to 700lb. loads. When I run something that gets above that I plop in the 22lb. spring. When I have tried the shok-buffs in different pistols I always find they experience some stoppages at some point.

Here are my results running 10mm today ;D New Henning brass shok-buff after 50 rounds of Underwood 180gr TMJ, 30 rounds of LAX 180gr FMJ and 25 rounds of Precision Cartridge 180gr LRN I had stoppages at all three power levels. My opinion is just run the spring for the load.

Yes... You will be mine! Since I can't find my Unicorn Match this is the next best thing! I will probably put an order in for a 9mm and run my 10mm Hunter upper on it. BTW... Anyone have a spare like new 10mm upper assembly?

These are all small frame correct? They don't list a 10mm version. FWIW I placed an order with EAA today and they said the paperwork was put in to import these. I was told 2015...

You guys scare me! I never got rust on any of mine and just hit them with a wipe of a Ballistol http://www.ballistol.com/ rag before putting them away.

It's a small frame Magwell that wasn't machined all the way.

Mine was a small frame massaged to the large frame... almost! I'm sending it back tomorrow with the panels and will put the correct one on with Xtreme Silver panels when I get them.

Is it normal in how they look... and fit?

I received my Magwell today and put it on. Henning was nice in lending me a set of wooden panels until I can get metal. I got it put on, but it doesn't work! To those of you who have these on and working: - On the back portion you will see two notches of aluminum hanging into the magwell opening. These are preventing the mags from sliding in. Are they a file-to-fit kind of thing or was this one machined wrong? - The wood panels move around like nobody's business! Will my Limited panels fit it and why don't they move? - The front portion of the magwell has some jagged flashing. Is that normal or should I file it? - The rear portion of the magwell has some type of buff/machining mark on it... is that normal or should I hit it with something? One last question and that's will any of the Xtreme panels fit this setup and who has them in stock?

Mine shipped yesterday. Still a wait on panels though.

What does that modification do?

It's possible that it won't let it engage (BTDT).
