Is it difficult to disassemble for cleaning?

I will be getting one when they are approved for use in USPSA production.

I rub mine 5 minutes before placing on smoker. No difference in taste. The rub turns to bark anyway. Flavor comes from smoke and seasoning after. I've even injected before. Not much difference.

Yes. It had the HAJO on it. I don't like the tall profile, especially the front sight.

Something to consider, is if you are going to ever run a kadet upper. Comp tac and Blade Tech currently won't work as the Kadet upper is a bit taller than the 9mm slide. Although I think the one Automatic Accuracy sells will work for both.

Can you shoot a DA/SA Pistol from cocked and locked in steel challenge or do you have to shoot DA on first shot like in USPSA production

I think it's a great alternative to the Glock. The factory trigger is actually pretty good. I have Shadows and while the trigger on the P-09 may not be as good as a tuned Shadow, it is a very smooth double and single action trigger. Very nice home defense weapon, I would even consider it being a good 3 gun option because of the 19+1 capacity.

Sometimes the black ones rust a little easier. If your base pad is coming off or getting bent (like the ones that come with the factory 16rd mags) buy the rubber base pads, they keep your mags from getting banged up and they stay in place.

Anyone notice a bad effect of going back and forth between an open gun and a production gun? Bad habits? I notice the top shooters do it, but I am a "normal" person.
