I bought a used .40 Match a year ago from the classified section on here. It came with an uninstalled Henning Trigger. But, it is the longest version and I have been graced with short stubby sausage fingers. My stock trigger is really starting to lean. Instead of buying a whole new one I was curious if anyone would trade trigger for trigger? Looking for the medium if possible? I have everything else in the bags and tried using the trigger pin on the stock trigger instead of the factory roll pin. Really did not help. Thank you ( If this is in the wrong topic section I apologize)

I tried the manufacter's forum and got some answers. This can be deleted, thanks. Sounds like scrub it more and shoot it is the general thought. If I need a barrel go to EAA. My understanding on it is that their have been around 6,000 rounds through it. So, I should be ok. Iwill try and gets some rounds in it this weekend.

Hello, I have been messing around and moderatly improving since Feb. of 2012 out at Benchrest IDPA and USPSA in Wright City, not hardcore at it but at least over a dozen times. My buddies and I came into it not knowing anything, and those formats have ruined us from ever going to a normal static target range and having near the fun we do now. Both match directors keep it interesting and our group of 3-4 shooters even call them friends now. I/we have even made some good friends squading up with differant people. I recently asked where was a good place to find a used upgrade and I was directed to these forums. So I joined, bought a new-used limited gun and have learned alot on here very quickly all in the last few days. So....Hi.....and thanks! Larry

New to all this. Bought a "tuned" match to play around with limited on here last night. Met local and took it home. VERY dirty so I cleaned it up and lubed it. BUT, the barrel looks pretty shot out. Barely any rifle and alot of residue/lead in between. Soaked it and scrubbed....So I need a new barrel in .40 cal. Do I just order from EAA or are their any aftermarket ones recomended? It has ALOT of Henning aftermarket items internally and a trigger on the way from the seller. I did not see any barrels from Henning? Anything current anyway on his site, I did find a bull barrel with a broken link?? Also, can you shoot lead out of the new EAA barrel if I go that route? Thanks for the help. Looks like this Match is gonna be alot of fun.

Also, I shot lead out of my XDM, so I have a few thousand laying around. Can I shoot lead out of EAA's barrel? (If we go that route) Thanks again.
