  1. What's the proper media to use, walnut or corn? Most of the reading I've seen so far mentions corn-cob media. Is walnut better?
  2. I promise! I think I'll actually go with the Berry's kit and buy a couple of more reloading manuals with the $$ I save. I'll swing the larger Dillon tumbler once the Christmas bills get paid.
  3. Wow, didn't think that Dillon was going to be that popular due to it's price. Patches, Berry's also has a good price on tumblers similar to the Frankford Arsenal setup. They come with a 3 year warranty on the motor and are currently offering free shipping. http://www.berrysmfg.com/
  4. I'm new to reloading and have to purchase a tumbler. Anyone have any recomendations on which brand to get?
  5. Having trouble finding Nolan's post. Anyone have a link to it?
  6. Do any of these after market barrels mentioned (KKM, Bar-sto etc) have fully supported chambers?
  7. Working out the final details on my Limited gun. Have to make a decision on which slide to go with - SVI slide with replaceable breech face vs. Caspian slide. What would you recommend? Is primer erosion that common?
  8. Looking for a holster for HK USP .40 that a friend can use for Production class. Only option I've been able to identify is Blade Tech with drop/offset mount. Looking if anyone else makes a similar holster with the drop/offset feature. Thanks
  9. 9MX, Can you tell me where to get the JR with the IPSC logo. I have a friend that will be traveling in the area and would like to pick up a couple of them up. Thanks
  10. Wow, I thought a lot more people would chime in with their favorite powder/bullet combo. I guess I'll try Tite Group out. In terms of primers, any specific brand standout? Is there a good (i.e. cheap) place on the web to source reloading components, especially powder? Only place that seems to have decent prices is Natchez. Thanks all!
  11. After reading through this forum, it seems some powder brands are better geared to more experienced reloaders. What brand/type of powder would you recommend to a beginning reloader. I'd like to be as conservative as possible for safety reasons. I'm shooting Production right now with a G35. I plan on moving onto Limited in the spring with an STI Edge.
