Worked great for me in 9mm. In 40 it worked alright in major loads, but my SD was terrible when trying to load minor.
how many grains did you start on 9mm and 40?

looks good, like gooldylocks said change the barrel and you have a 9 major and more capacity. I have arrendondo on my 9mm 140 mags ang get 23 reloadable and taylor freelance on my 170 mags and get 27 rounds. I had the same problems or difficulties like you when I have my burris ff mounted on the rear sight, I ended up getting a carver mount for burris and now it's alot easier to find the dot.

Does anybody has any experience using Herco on 9mm? I found some but a little hesitant to use it since I'm not sure if it will work on 9mm. I use it before on 45acp but never tried on 9mm or 40. Any info is appriciated. Thanks

Are you referring to Bulletworks in Breckenridge, Tx ? If so, their price list shows price per k, but, they sell in 500 round boxes. Just divide the 1K price by 2.
I use them in .45 and they are very accurate. Also the 130gr in LSWC really works well in 9mm.
They are in Van buren Ar,

Anybody ever tried our use the above bullet heads? I'm thinking of ordering some but since they only sell in 1k package and can't seem to find any reviews on google, wondering if anybody here on benos ever tried or use them before I commit on buying 1k or more. I will be using them on my para p16 factory barrel.
thanks

Like the the title says, it is something i've been interested in for a few years now but don't know any body that shoots revolver. First off I do own a revolver but not sure what gear, division to start. I have a Ruger GP100 6 inch with 7 speed loader, I have a generic holster but no pouch or holder for my speed loader. Before I go out and buy all kinds of new gear or new revolver, I would like to try what I have first and what division will my revolver will fall in to. Any input or suggestion will be greatly appriciated.
Thanks

Thinking about goint back to ss next year and contemplating on shooting minor using SA RO 9mm from dawson (CRP). Any thoughts/exprerience on them? will they make weight or should I need to change anything? I looking for something out of the box ready to roll without spending a boat load of $$$ and SA RO seems to fit the bill for now. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks
