I have the Sig Armorer's trigger install by them,

the Grays Gun's trigger installed by them

and the Apex trigger installed by me.

I think the Sig Armorer's is the best of the 3.

    Agree.  Prefer the SA.

  2. I know it’s hideously expensive, but does anyone have first hand experience with the Romeo 2?  Have a axg pro coming and can mount the 2 directly to slide vs a dot adapter plate.  So considering that route vs a plate to mount an SRO (which when you combine the price is similar).

I realize this is late but I had the same exact issue after installing a CGW kit and it was due to the trigger bar spring being out of adjustment. It dragged on the trigger and I had to push it forward with my finger. Look at the picture on the tutorials on CGW website for guidance on adjusting it.

Thank goodness someone posted!  It’s been sitting on the bench inoperable now for almost 2 years!!

JK.  Yes that was one of the issues.  I got it up and running the next day.  Still feel the SP01 size easier to wield in CO than the S2.

  4. Have one on order and will post thoughts when it arrives in a couple months.

I was actually contemplating getting a few designed and machined with a 2011 grip contour and feel a year ago….just wasn’t sure the market zest would bear it.  The Open crowd are used to spending $5k and up, so a $5-700 grip is a small price to pay in relative means.  While the CO crowd…well not so much.

It has been my experience that heavy bullets with higher PFs make forward falling poppers fall more quickly.  The club I shoot falling steel at mostly only allows forward falling poppers.  There is often an array of eight.  Four in front and four behind.  With 115s or 124s at 132 PF, you have to hit all front four before the first has fallen enough for you to get a shot at the rear popper in the calibration zone.  With 147s at 144 PF you can zip across the front four, then the back four with no delay.  Much faster than with lighter loads.

Actually never though about this but 🌅

In Canada all clubs require front dropping steel.

    In Georgia any which way…..

    Hmm.
