  1. For my Wilson Combat AR9 with a 14" barrel I use very fast powders.  3.3gr - 3.4gr N310 @ 1.130, with a 115gr blue bullet. I tuned the buffer, spring, short stroked.  I don't worry about the comp as there will not be enough gas after 14" - 16" of burn in the barrel to work the comp no matter how slow a powder you use.  My dot hardly moves and I get 130pf - 135pf.   I have tested 115gr, 125gr and 147gr bullets. Fast powders - Slow powders.  N310, N320, SP,N330, N350 Auto-comp, 3N38. The fast burning powders will give you the least amount of dot movement, you will make PF with the smallest powder charge in a PCC with a 14" - 16" barrel. in a pistol my load only makes 109pf - 116pf

  2. I load Blue Bullets for my Czechmate open gun.  Don't worry about the case gauge for now. do the push test on your KKM barrel with the 115 gn blue bullets. If your barrel will take 1.130" or longer with the 115gn bullet you will be good to go.  Do not try to use 147gn for an open load!  the bullet is long and does not leave much room in the case for powder.  I use a lot of N350, load 115gn & 125gn Blue Bullets. I compress N350 all the time with no problem.  I load 115gn Blue RN with 7.0gn @ 1.130" for steel challenge. They make 156pf. 7.0gn N350 with a 125gn blue @ 1.150" 169pf.

I case gauge all my reloads. Not all case gauges are the same. you can test your gauge.  Take a unloaded bullet and drop it your case gauge, if it dose not fall all the way through sell it and get a new one that will led the bullet fall all the way through.

  3. Stopping to check powder drop in the middle of a run is a hint!   Once You set the Dillon powder drop the weight is not going to change as you go. If you are visually check for powder there is no need to check the weight. With a Dillon your OAL is not going to change as you go either.  Every time you stop do you clear every station?  if not this is a potential trouble spot.

I received mine two weeks ago.  It came with the case and lanyard I ordered, and also a carabiner to hang it on a belt loop.  I like it a lot.  I'll be ordering the belt clip mentioned above.  I don't think I'll use it when running shooters, but it will be great for practice, dry fire, etc.

When did you order? Did it take more then 60 days?
