When you get frustrated stop what your doing other wise you'll ding up or scratch your slide. I'm just saying so you don't do what i did lol. Good luck with removing the sight.

Oh and if you measure the dovetail with a caliper, one side is going to be a tad bigger than the other side.

Got mines out using a steel punch and a big hammer.

That's pretty much what I have in mind. Just shoot what ever you feel for the fun of it.

I use BBI 45 200 gr RN with Clays and have no problem with smoke. Way cleaner than lead too.

STI trojans have ramped barrel.

My 1st 100 load came from lee dies with no problem.

Following this just so I can learn something from it. I'm using Clays as well.

It seems like my Springfield TRP likes it on the longer side too.

I loaded 4.2 with my 1911 and was only at 160PF.

Go to the range and shoot it, if it doesn't jam then your good.

It does not say stainless on there. Barrel 5.01” STI Bull Barrel, Ramped, Fully Supported. That's the description on the website.

Quick question. Does the STI Edge come with a stainless or a carbon steel barrel? I did a search and couldn't find.
