  1. Let me know if you guys see any in stock. thanks.
  2. 9mm if you plan on never missing A zone.....=\
  3. omg i want to watch this so bad, they dont even have it "on demand" .......
  4. thats prolly my first lesson...dont borrow gear from other people........ I borrowed my roommate GUN (glock 17) , got last place. I blame myself on the lack of skills though.
  5. that was a nice song.......hopefully they dont air at 7 am on saturdays.......anyone seen Hot Shots?
  6. I just checked out Loki......but my question is, are there any famous 3 gunners or 3 gun team that uses Loki? Loki 3g rifle doesnt have Giselle trigger for the package, its $150 extra..and im unsure of how good the handgaurd and corvette compensator for the base model...
  7. JP rifles are $2k + , going to be above my budget right now. I am strongly considering the Stag 3g the moment $1250...cant find any in stock, and then replacing the compensator
  8. I'm not sure where you can get the Dueck sights for $90 as stated in your OP. They run about $238. I agree with the other posts above, check out a Stag 3G $1250, DPMS 3G1 $1050, Loki Weapons Sys $1250 starting, Burris MTAC $400, PEPR mount $70 ($90 for QD) and that'll put you a little above $1700. And change what doesn't fit for you. Would this be your first AR or do you already have an AR? If you already have an AR, shoot it in a couple local 3 gun matches and figure out what fits you. You can ask to try out other competitors guns, usually everyone is excited to tell you about their rifle. Especially if you want the Dueck sights, try shooting with them, some people just don't like shooting with the rifle canted like that, others shoot it fine. The MTAC has a pretty close to 1x perfect for hoser stages. I started with the first AR I built, a 16" mid-length and shot it alot and figure out what worked for me. But to answer your question, the cheapest lower I've found is Palmetto State Armory, $79 but occasionally goes on sale for $49. For the barrel, I've heard excellent things about the Loki Weapons Sys 18" stainless $319 but probably best to get a whole upper but that'll put you over budget already. It's $720 for the Loki 3 gun upper and I think $600 for the Stag 3G upper. Don't forget ammo, lots and lots of ammo. Or reloading components. you're right Dueck sights is $90 for front only =(, didnt see that.. now im looking more into the Stag arms 3g...apparently theres a widespread complain about the compensator though..

  10. Correct me if im wrong, in USPSA, you can have 8+ 1 starting. but its Unlimited After the Buzzer? therefore isnt it the best tactic to get a 24" with +9 tube extension? that way you can practically you can instantly load 5 more rounds after the buzzer?
  11. Forged...Firebird or JP. Billet...SunDevil, Seekins, Lancer, Predator Tactical lets assume you can only have 1 Ar lower for the rest of your life...please advise.
  12. There seems to be an agreement on a No to Polymer lowers. if So, What brand of Lower do you guys recommend for my 3 gun AR 556/223 set up?
  13. Hello, I would like to start competing in my local 3 gun matches, tactical division, and was wondering which shotgun model would be best? Model 930 JM (Jerry Miculek) Pro Series 24" 2.75" 9+1 or Model 930 JM (Jerry Miculek) Pro Series 22" 2.75" 8+1 http://www.galleryofguns.com/genie/default.aspx?pg=list&mfg=Mossberg&mdlno=Model+930+JM+%28Jerry+Miculek%29+Pro+Series
  14. Any particular reason hes selling it? My logic..is ..if a glock is polymer and can last that long...an Ar should too..
  15. I was wondering, are there any cons to a Polymer lower for 3 gun? I want to build the lightest AR possible.. thinking about LW-15 Polymer AR-15 if not a Polymer Lower, what Brand of Lower would be best for 3 gun?
  16. Gen 3 has been proven for competition ....so I went with that.
  17. Does anyone know someone with classification as IDPA Master with small guns for SSP Divison? example: Glock 26, Ruger LC9, Sig p224 with IWB holsters...
  18. Neither. If you look closely, the slide was not locked back, so it is not auto forwarding nor hitting the slide lock. good point...forgot to watch for that... a dumb question but. If there are 6 targets (need 2 shots in target) and you have 10 rounds, would you rather: A. shoot 9 rounds, then speed reload and shoot 3 more rounds or B.shoot 10 rounds, slide lock back, reload and shoot 2 more rounds
  19. sooo cool, does anyone know more sites?
