Thanks I ordered a set on ebay and they finally came in from coronaville. I tested it tonight and it works great. I'm going to order two more sets for my rollsizer and my 1050.
You welcome!

Sorry I was actually referring to this post where I posted about it being a maintenance counter.

You're counting cases or loaded rounds? I don't know why that is so important with some people. Unless you're loading ammo for cardboard 20 or 50 round boxes that you sell?
My very first post explains it is a maintenance counter, is what I use it for to know when to do the maintenance on the machine, people can use them for different purposes counting bullets counting strokes of the machine so they have a rough idea when to do maintenance nothing mandatory just convenience.

I got the M7 part number from their schematic... 101-1135. When I emailed asking for it from Joe, he asked me which size. Since I run a variety of cases, I got large and small ordered.

Hey guys post some pictures of your set ups after relocating the case feeder I’m sure others would like to see different ideas.

How well do the springs work with stick powder? Not that Dillon PM would be my pick for stick powder. Seems sticks need to get “cut” as the PM slides.
Well for the 28 years I’ve been loading at the beginning I’ve tried a few different powders but really was never happy with anything but Vihtavuori so the only powders I’ve used throughout loading has been VV3n37,N350,N340,N320 and with all those I’ve never had an issue with the Dillon powder measure and the dual springs system not being very very accurate.

How did you use a dillon powder station on this press? Would you please take a few pictures? Thanks

And tmz, are you able to use the MBF expander under the Dillon powder measure like a Dillon press would do? Or does the Mark 7 have a separate station for expanding the mouth of pistol cases? I'm 100% committed to using the MBF expander insert for my pistol reloading!
thanks!

I bought an old SDB press which had the springs. I think that was standard at one time.
Yes I’m using 2 return springs wrapped around the powder measure, this is how the old Dillon presses were set up.
i’ve never had a problem loading this way I’ve had this set up on all my presses and never used the safety arm, that’s just my way of loading.
The powder measure is located in the Station right after the primary seating station and yes you can use a Mr. bullet feeder funnel powder drop with no problems at all but there is enough stations to break this expanding and belling up before hand if desired.

Do you happen to have part number from Mark 7?
Nice work.
No I don’t I’m sure you can just call Mark seven and ask for parts and probably do an order over the phone and thanks.

Pretty simple purchase the items from eBay the button on the right is a -1 the button on the left is a reset to 0 running off of the supplied 12 V power of the case feeder. The sensor and counter from eBay The two pushbutton switches from a local hardware.

I really like this setup. I've been thinking of isolating my case feeder from my bench mounted press. I also thought about mounting the bullet feeder separately, but always wondered if the case feeder was isolated from any movement of the press that you may not need to mount the bullet feeder separately.

Yes I did have my bullet feeders mounted separate to begin with but still a bit of movement from the case feeder as soon as I removed the case feeders off the presses it made a world of difference it only made sense to just add the bullet feeders back on them.
by far my best set up to date!

So a while back on one of my older reloading set ups I had removed the bullet feeder off of the case feeder and put it on a separate mount to keep things more stable and it did such a great job and then it hit me.
It worked so well removing the bullet feeder off of the case feeder to keep it more stable from the press, why not do the same with the case feeder and isolate the both of them from the press so there’s no movement from either.
It’s one of the best set up’s that I’ve ever done and I’ve been reloading for a very long time.
It also gave the opportunity to have way more space around the press for maintenance and a much cleaner look.
Then I just put the bullet feeders back on the case feeder being that the Mr. bullet feeder new mount is very versatile.
I then ran all the wiring through the post and underneath the bench, both of my presses also have sensors for the maintenance counter.
With a little creativity there was really no need for two case feeders anymore, at least for my purposes.
Anyways here’s a couple pictures hope it helps someone out. -
Pertaining to a few of the Dillon products on my set up, The powder measure did not take any additional work I do not use the return bar or maybe they call it the safety bar I’ve always used a double spring on all the Dillon loaders I’ve owned throughout the years I’ve never had any issues with this set up. I prefer the deal in case feeder over the Mark 7 that’s just my personal preference and for me I’m glad the press did not come with the dies being that I tend to use a variety of different ones per caliber so it probably wouldn’t do me any good to get a set with the press.
I sent you a PM I don’t want to steer the original discussion in a different direction thanks -
The first picture in the “Range Panda” website is actually my old system.

Also with the new Dillon case feeder being low voltage makes it easier not having to have a separate power supply here’s my new set up.

they are coming out with a cheaper version of the primer collator for the evolution which is around $500. It doesn't hold as many as the Revo style collator. I am definitely getting this when its released I think before summer.
Any videos or pictures of it ?
