  1. Actually, that is not true. Sarsilmaz used to purchase parts from Tanfo to make their own clones. Then they got into some argument, and decided to make their own facilities. The K2 is their own redesign on the witness, much like the Witness is Tanfo's redesign on the CZ. To say they have nothing to do with each other would be similiar to saying the Taurus PT92 has nothing to do with the Beretta 92.
  2. I'm curious how someone can excessively dry fire a striker-fired pistol. I don't have the patience to keep racking the slide... lol. Now a hammer-fired double action, sure, that makes sense.
  3. Fair Enough. I think the two-tone look would be complemented well with the pair, but, my opinion usually is in the minority.
  4. How about a matching takedown lever?
  5. Any new news on night sites? I'd like to see some XS 24/7 Big Dots
  6. I didn't realize just how small those really are!
  7. The Taurus PT945 is aluminum and meets all the other criteria, weighing less than many polymer guns.
  8. I've been trying to figure out what sites would work best for night use. I see Henning's fiber optic looks great for at the range and is very easy to remove on Match and other elite models, but is there a tritium insert that is also compatable with that? As far as a laser is concerned, I've heard that with some gunsmithing, a 1911 gun-rod-laser could be fitted, but, that would mean I wouldn't be able to use Henning's cone style guide rod. I have not seen any laser grips that seem compatable, the closest being the CZ-75 style. I know people use rubber CZ-75 grips on 97's and Tanfo's but, I don't think a solid (non-stretchable) grip would work the same way. Thoughts?
  9. Actually, Hennings lists a 357 sig conversion kit on his site as well.
