Man o man I want that revolver
-
thats what I thought at first but it's usually dented right under the shoulder from hitting the deflectorI thought those type dents were from the brass deflector on most uppers.
-
i just hold the brass from station 3 to 4 powder never jumps even if plate does
-

I was just advised by LaRue that their SPR-E mount installed backwards would work fine BUT it is not compatible with the OEM rail, which would have to be replaced with a 1913 Picatinny rail. What would this entail? Has this suddenly become a gunsmith only proposition? It seems to be getting a bit more complicated.
Dave Sinko
Yes, that's right, the SOCOM's forward rail is not picatinny spec.
Here's an option that goes in place of the handguard:
Or http://www.amegaranges.com/miniM14.php
Go here for more info about the M14 than you could imagine. There is a scope mount FAQ that you can download. You can't go wrong with a Smith Enterprise or ARMS:
Or you can swap stocks for a SAGE or Troy pistol grip/collapsible stock!
actually the socom 16's rail IS weaver/picatinny spec

seems kinda weird to me since you still gonna have to manual index the machine.. maybe sell it and buy a 650 and you wont have to do anything if you add a bullet feeder also. just push go watch and turn off
-
Bello, where did you get the #2 ball handle ??
From this guy named Aneat on www.glocktalk.com pm him
-
Just think what will happen if you add a bullet feeder to the 650?
wish dillon would make one but alas wont ever happen but ya adding a bullet feeder adds to the lazy factor
-
ah well i got it working and thats all that matters! to me i mean! plus lol i had some nice blue zip ties so it worked out great...
-
my 650 ejection chute was the same way i called dillon and the guy gave me this bullshit speech about oh you have to bend it a little here and there to make it work i was like wtf? it just cost me 1200 bucks with goodies! and i have to bend the chute? never the less he wouldnt send me a chute so i f*#king zip tied it to the frame been working great since then!
p.s. he sounded a little sour when i said i ordered from enos

kinda upset lucky you! mine went in same dirty look as yours and came back same look as they went in i was upset they didnt even clean mine at all just put a few small parts in and called it a day guess you got lucky with yours. i mean they even put the same old scrubby parts back in it oh well. i dont know what to say!
-
i dont know how in the hell to resize a picture or i could totally post one for you! to show you what it looks like keeps telling me error no file was selected for upload.
-
hey i use them on my 650 it is pretty cool i dont honestly know if its that much better or what not. i do get overall variances of plus or minus 1 or 2
-
Kyle's right, it's meant to be a commercial machine.
MOO, the 1050 is a great machine. Station 2 takes a swager for handling military primer pockets. Do note however the price of additional heads, accessories et. al. Also note that the stroke on the regular 1050 (not the new Super 1050) is too short to load rifle. I've thought about this a great deal, and my next press (got two hands, need two presses) will be a 650. Muy less expensive to start and for all the gadgetry.
Ross
ya but i mean honestly if you can afford a 1050 then swapping and buying tool heads should be nothing to you.. just my .02 cents
-
i thought i had read in the dillon blue book that the trimmer sized and trimmed so why size/trim size/size again thats crazy brass stretching imho
-
you spend all that money honestly and cant buy a casefeeder i dont know what to say sure its genius i guess i mean hes got two lock and load setups prog and ss if you noticed and h lnl isnt cheap
-
i agree ^

Yeah he made me a couple a year or so ago.
Adam is a member here also, but I need to point out that our rules don't allow buying and selling on the forum.
(Sorry, I had to remove a few posts along those lines.)
