A 55 gr MG @ 2.23 OAL & 24.5 gr. of TAC shoots a 1.5" 10-rd average in my BCM SS410 upper @ 100 yards. Shoots ~2" through several others. Only running ~2900 fps though through an 18".

I loaded about ~40K on an LNL before switching to a 650. I've now loaded about the same on the 650, but in half the time due to fewer issues, tweaks, modifications to make the thing work, etc.
For me, it's been pure bliss in comparison. I wouldn't even compare the two and I used to be a LNL supporter.
The main differences are: 1.) The 650 primes effortlessly and correctly every time and 2.) The Dillon case feeder just works. I'll echo the sentiment that the Hornady case feeder is a poorly executed excuse for a case feeder. There are many times fewer small issues that slow you up with the Dillon.
I still have my LNL, but only because I was still in the process purchasing conversions for my Dillon and because I don't like changing over the 650, as I've never had an issue not related to grit/grime/media in the press except for a broken ring indexer spring after ~35K rounds.

Longer is not necessarily better in pistol ammo.

I use 4.85 gr N340 @ 1.085" OAL with a 124 PD JHP
I also like 5.0 gr N340 @ 1.12" OAL with the same bullet
Both are excellent loads but are not as soft shooting as N320.

Jarvis fitted barrel for me.
I didn't think it was possible, but my Glock 17 will shoot under a 1.5" average at 25 yards for 10-round groups with mine using 1.12" OAL, 124 PD JHP, same headstamp brass and 5.0 grains of N340.

24 - 25 gr (I use ~24.7) of RE15 @ 2.25" OAL, LC brass, Tula or FGMM primer averages ~.84" 10-round groups out of 100 rounds at 100 yards in my rifles, and hold sub MOA out to 300. Not smoking fast, but a good load.
For the 55gr Hornady's I'd start with around 25 gr of AA2230. If you keep them <3K fps, they've been more accurate for me. It's a ~2.5 MOA load for me if I push them up to ~3,250 fps.

I also signed up for notification, but haven't heard anything yet. It may just take a while for the electrons to reach the east coast. Has anyone heard when they will have them back in stock?
I heard next batch was due 11/20.

I bought 2 (1 for each of my Gen4's) when the second batch was in stock on ~Nov 1st.
Put 300 round through my 17 today. Had 2 rounds that hit the ejection port wall and went straight up @ 12 o'clock.
Ejection is more consistent. Not sure it's a 100% fix yet, but better than stock definately. No brass to the face today.

I have a ~2010 M&P that can't hold <6" @ 25 yards with the stock barrel after ~12,000 rounds.
With a Gen4 Glock and a Jarvis fitted barrel with ~25K rounds through it, 10 round groups average ~1.5" @ 25 yards with a 124 PD JHP and 5.0 grains of N340 @1.120 OAL from a rest, which is about as good as my CZ Shadow Custom at the same distance with a slightly different load.

With a 124 gr PD JHP try:
4.8 Gr N340 @ 1.085" OAL
or
5.0 gr N340 @ 1.120" OAL if your gun can handle the long OAL
Shoots fairly soft with excellent accuracy (1.3" - 1.5" 10-rd groups @ 25 yards supported from a Glock 17 with a Jarvis barrel)

My right thumb is black after shooting, but my left thumb, the one riding the safety, is the one that catches most brass hits typically off the top of the knuckle.

If there are any left handed folks running a Shadow, how do you grip your gun to keep your thumb from getting hit with gasses and brass?

In my experience that is too much fluctuation.
My Montana Golds are always right on or no more than .1 either way. At the Ohio my 121 IFP's were 121.0.
This is my experience with Montana Gold.
My experience with PD FMJ is about the same as the OP. I found them inconsistent in all regards (ogive, length and weight)
Their 124 JHP is a good bullet though.

I could be mistaken, but I think S&B branded primers are sized slightly smaller to work with their smaller primer pockets. They might be worth a try.

hmmmm ... sounds like I should probably stay away from Tula ...
If you were a little closer, I'd give you the ~3K or so I have left to try out, from back when I couldn't get anything else (Wolf SP).

On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the hardest primer cup, silver colored Tula/Wolf are a 10.
I'd rank CCI at a 6.

For 50 yards, one of the best loads I've found is:
115 gr Hornady XTP JHP over 4.8 gr. N330 in Starline brass with a ~1.080 OAL.
Runs better in a slower twist barrel vs. a Glock factory barrel, but it's no slouch in either.

With the reloads I'm shooting 6" groups at 12 yards. Center of the group is about 3" high.
Factory ammo shooting 3" groups at 12 yards.
Slower loads will generally print higher.
4.5 gr is probably a bit on the slow end for FMJ at that longish OAL you're using.
Try either shortening your OAL (which will raise pressure levels and with them speed) or increasing your charge weight.

That sounds like a big jump for just .1 gr.
Are you sure you're throwing 4.2 gr?
Did you take the avg. of 10 charges, or just one?

I've put over 600 9mm in at one time, with nary an issue.

4.1 gr N320 won't even make PF in my gun at VV's OAL of 1.142".
4.4 gr starts to show pressure signs, however, with 124 gr MG CMJs or JHPs.
Bullet Feeder and LnL Ap - Which PTX?

The Mr. Bulletfeeder expander included with the feeder will not work with a Hornady powder measure, it drops straight through without stopping. It only appears to be intended for use with the Dillon powder meaure.
Also, the Hornady measure is too large to clear the Mr. bullet feeder bullet dropper assembly / die when they're right next to one another.
You'll need to seat/crimp in station 5 and put the bullet feeder in station 4 to make it work with the LNL powder measure, at least on the 650 toolhead. I can't say I've tried it with the Hornady toolhead yet.
I used the powderfunnel.com expander and I didn't like the results as much as using the included expander with the Dillon powder measure. Unfortunately, I don't like the Dillon powder measure nearly as much as the Hornady.
