  1. several years late to this party but chiming in to say these are awesome. I've got an airsoft "not glock" that i'll be shredding these with as soon as i get home.
  2. I'm wonder which would be a better set-up for USPSA prod. the cz85 combat, or a sp01? The extended mag release, adjustable sights, and adjustable over travel on the 85 are cool features... but the sp01 of course has the big heavy pic-rail. Anyone with experience with both?
  3. Why don't you go to the USPSA website and find out for yourself? CZ85 Combat is approved. (I can't post links) Any other insights?
  4. I recently acquired this and I can't really find much info about them. Anyone now when these were made? How's the nickel hold up? It's got adjustable sights (which I dig,) but that Euro-lume stuff is lame. Are they on the USPSA Production list or are they too few? (Looked it up, it's on the list) i'm still too much of a noob to post links. I'll attach a pic later.
  5. well all right! Thanks for all the leg work everyone
  6. yep! love the NRA matches. Great way to meet new people and knock out a match in less than an hour. I didn't do MD state, but I try to make F-berg and Quantico.
  7. I called and was told that's a question to be directed to USPSA. I think i'm going to go for it an find out the hard way. Thanks for all the help/input everyone.
  8. man you guys are awesome. THANKS! I'll call CZC-HQ and ask them for the skinny on USPSA. That said, I'm pretty "not-good," at this point, so I don't think I'd get too much hassle at matches. If it's not production legal, maybe I'll try limited minor...
  9. Hey, total noob here so if this post is janky just nuke it. I'm thinking of buying a CZ-custom gun for USPSA production. I carry a SP01 and love it, so i figured and SP-01 shadow would be an ideal choice. Well those are in short supply, but this is available CZ75 Shadow Rail ***i'm not allowed to link it** decribed as: "This is a factory shadow with no firing pin blocks. We have a very few on hand, same specifications as a CZ 75 SP01 Shadow but with a slide marked CZ 75 Shadow." Will this gun be good-to-go in USPSA production or will the wonky rarity make it a limited gun? Thanks Be gentle! lol
  10. Hi all!- Long time lurker. I created an account here years ago but I guess I never introduced myself. I'm a regular guy who likes shooting. Did my first USPSA match 6 months ago and I'm getting very into it. As my username indicates, I'm a librarian, so if you need any research or reading advice...
