We shot it at Area 4 year before last. Tom Drazy made it, I think?
-
My understanding is you can't get enough in the case to make major......
-
I've shot with Harmon quite a bit and I'm sure you'll be prepared for the match. Are you shooting at Tyler? Thats a good relaxed bunch and you'll have fun I'm sure. Stay safe, watch your sights and tag along with an experienced shooter if you can. Good luck !
+1 to that. Introduce yourself at Tyler. I'm the guy with the pretty wife who has the Brazos open gun.

Still can't get on any Adobe web site, but now I don't have to. This http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/reader/ works so very much better than any Adode reader I've ever had, there's no reason to bother with Adobe ever again.

It's a Duracell DL 1/3N battery. I order mine from http://www.medicbatteries.com/store/shopby.aspx?sizetypeid=1
Thanks for the link. Ordered some beginning of week and got them in last nite's mail. Good deal, and handy to have, especially since I sometimes "forget" the switch has an off position.

Trace will do fine. He and I had that talk at our last local match. He's ready to kick ass and chew bubble gum, and he's all out of gum..........

It's Gary.......he's bored again.

Agreed. This person was was doing the monitoring and all that jazz while the dentist did the magic. Good stuff.

And yes, there was a lot of irony in having dental surgery on April 1, but it was the first avail. date for the anethesiologist so I took it. Too bad it wasn't a joke, I guess, but it's legit.
-
Ok, this is WAY off topic, but I had some dental surgery done today, which I have been putting off for 5+ (yes, that's true) years.......and I wanted to say if you have never done sedation dentistry, it ROCKS. I went to 21st Century Dental, to the "TX dentist of the year 2008", and I can just say that I understand why now. Mouth is a tad sore now, but I sure don't remember the smell, the grind, the drill, the cut, the pull, or any of those nasties.
So if you want a great dental recommendation, this is it.

Trace,
If she wants to shoot Open one weekend, just let me know and I'll load up some extra ammo. She can shoot Patty's Brazos or my Hawley Custom (although mine is setup for lefty, as you know!).......

What's really bad is I actually GOT that one, and it was funny.........I need to get out more.

Lesson 2: Taskbar -
Went through 700ish rounds of 22lr in just a few hours yesterday. Would've shot more if I had it. It was a little surprising how fast it went away. I guess being consumed by pure joy made time irrelevant.
Better not let your boss find out!!

Man, where was this during my 164.97 in the friggin' 29 degree cold at Area 4 a couple years back?!!?!

Brian Hawley- Hawley Custom Guns/Experimental Machining Fort Worth, TX!

I'm fortunate......... didn't have to choose, I have both! BrianH. does great work for me, and he's local.

I'd just like to say Max is one of the truly nicest guys and ambassadors our sport has, and I wish him the best in whatever he decides, and knowing Max, he'll be a winner at it, too.

PM sent. That sucks.

Had an idea, been searching online for a while now and now really finding what I want to see... What would the words "speed", "power", and "accuracy" look like in Japanese characters?
Sounds like the makings of a good tattoo!

Are you kidding? Squad 21 will be the loudest on the range simply because Stockton is on our squad
He should be chiming in on this any time now.

I was also going to suggest taping the front of the c-more. Its like magical!! If you focus on the dot you can make a whole target disapear.
I've done that without taping the lens.......
-
Paging Dr. Xre.............Dr.Xre you have a call waiting.
-
Well, I'm left handed, left eye dominant, if it makes any difference........ I think I tried that tape trick once before, but I have slept since then, too.
-
I realized that I still shoot my open gun like a Limited gun, I aim with the dot instead of looking for the dot to appear on the target. What I do now works, but obviously it isn't the "right" way and I think I could probably improve my standing/shooting if I could work past this.... I did a quick search for similar topic, but my search fu was weak. Anyone have suggestions on how to fix this?

What's going to work in my 24?
in 10mm/40 Caliber

Harmon made Master with a G24, so I'll vouch for him knowing his Glock-fu.
