Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Ditto here. Very accurate. I use the zero jhp
  2. Found the problem in the end. After I detail stripped and reassembled, the trigger was jammed up against inside of the frame and it wasn't resetting properly. It's been perfect since
  3. I am in eastern canada. Land of 10 rnds mags My TS was my first CZ, so i am not too experienced with what's a standard CZ mag or not. Our range is a the Canadian distributor of CZ, and a warranty center. They got 5 of these pistols as kits from cz-usa. I bought my magwell and grips separately, now they come with the gun. The grips are significantly different (on the inside) than the shadow/TS aluminum ones i have experience with. Not sure if it's a limited run, or the components are off the shelf or not.
  4. The TS in the pics is 1150+tx new at my range.

    They may ship.

  5. canada. The mag release is different in the newer model. Makes sense, they converted the TS to small frames mags.
  6. This is the gun as it's sold. This is the mag that comes with the gun and doesn't fit in mine(looks like they switched to regular CZ). This is the view of the inside of the grips (mine are hollow)
  7. i'll grab some pics at the range when i am there. Might be a one off edition to clear stock. Only reason why i haven't bought one as a backup.
  8. The reset seems weak. Perhaps the trigger bar was touching the sear? where can I find replacement trigger springs (they're different than the shadow)? Anyone know of any stronger ones that fit?
  9. I went through the guns side ny side. Mag release is different, and the gun comes with aluminum grips which are flush in the frame. My modified shadow grips, or the original wood groups have a space. The frames looks identical, the mecgar mags are thinner. My official CZ mags are NOT interchangeable. Not sure why it was changed, but i can confirm some batch of TS's that come with magwell, aluminum grips and mecgar mags, ARE different.
  10. completely stock. only mod i would like is to increase the trigger pull by a pound.
  11. Anything past 1.130 = unrealiable feeding. I've done 1.140 by mistake and had some misfeeds I tried my buddies ike 1.180 (for an SVI) and to quote my baby "WTF? FTF". 1.125 is my oal. i have a glock 35 too, scary patterns in gun owners. i am sure groups of people all have the same guns.
  12. The newer CZ TS in the shop take mecgar mags and they don't fit in my original TS (new stock aluminum grips are wider). So dependign on the variant of TS, mecgar mags may fit which are closer to a std CZ

    CZ TS .40

steel guide rod, new magwell are a must. The big safety doesn't fit in the IPSC box, I foudn it uncomfortable anyway (it's GI-NORMOUS). mags are a bitch. basepads break kall the time. working on adapting SVI/STI aluminum pads now.

    TS Maintence

I just swapped out a sear. Same as the SP-01. Firing block is different. Hammer is different (wider). Maybe the 85 or 97 one matches. Mainsprings on the SP-01 are longer, but they work. Safety retention hardware IS the same.
