Thanks everyone. It really means a lot to me to have the sympathy and commiseration. It was truly one of the worst things I've lived through. You see, Smiley was my "rescue" kitty - she rescued me at one of the darkest hours of my life - she gave my life a purpose where there was none. Sigh - I could go on for awhile but I can't see the damned monitor anymore.

My 15 year old cat, Smiley, was euthanised at 12:15pm this afternoon. She's better off, I'm not! It really really sucks to be *that* responsible for another life (even if it is an animal life!)

No worries Kim - it is half of our fault. I was expecting an online squadding to show up like last year, so I didn't send in ANY requests, not for this match, nor the others. I'll be fixing that though

We drive to Indianapolis and Lexington to get in our 3 Gun fix! Both clubs hold matches once a month. Indy is dedicated 3 Gun, Lexington has a couple of 3 Gun stages with their regular pistol match.
Also, Owensboro KY has an awesome match once a quarter. Sorry I missed meeting you Saturday.

Does anybody know why they didn't use their own freakin' online squadding system? Poor RB got stuck with 7 people we've never heard of (and that's damned near impossible with as long as and as many places we've been around!)
Geoff and Butch, can I stuff him in with y'all? He's just a lowly tac shooter so you'll have to take it easy on him

Glad you fixed it - and for the rest of youse, if you're using photoshop on a pc, you have to use "save to web" not save as in order to get the .jpeg settings.

We do have 2 cables, I tried both. I also tried 3 different ports on my main computer and took it to work this morning and that one didn't recognize it either. I'm going to try updating all the software and see what that does. The good news is - I used my AmEx to pay for it so I have it covered

No experience with the Vortex liner - when we did our truck last year all our research told us that Rhino Linings was the best - so that's what we got.
For the tonneau cover, look at ARE. I'm VERY happy with mine - someone tried to break into it and all they ended up doing to it was scratch it up

Did you try charging it with the wall charger? I had a problem with my previous Ipod and that fixed it. I've also had to plug it in after updating the firmware...
I hate to be without my music (no stereo in the car). Hope you get it fixed
Try surviving a 4.5 hour flight without it
Dave - I did try all of that - I do not have a wall charger - the 5gens only come with the USB cables.

Hey guys, I'm having serious issues with my ipod and hopefully someone here can help me fix it
The battery is dead, but won't charge and none of my computers recognize it when I plug it into the usb port. I left it plugged in at home and overnight and it didn't take the charge. Anyone have ideas?

July/August 2006, page 21 - Berm Aid write up. The most unflattering picture is on page 23! It was that exact pic that sent me on my current diet

I checked A1 and A7 both and he didn't DQ out of either of those matches
Now I'm off to see which 3 Gun match was this weekend! -
If it's in Kentucky, Indiana or Ohio - we're there. Any further than that and it's too far for us to get to! (That's 2 people btw!)

It hurts - been there done that - spent 2 years in braces and casts - finally got sick of not shooting - took 'em off and decided to live with the pain. The plus side - pains not so bad anymore
