  1. Will there be a food vendor at the match and what kind of food is it?
  2. I have heard that a lot of folks don't go to a match the first time it is held, with the thought that there are kinks to be worked out.
  3. 186 shooters squadded in Practiscore Open 46 shooters GM 3 M 7 A 8 B 10 C 9 D 4 U 5 Limited 65 shooters GM 3 M 5 A 6 B 14 C 26 D 6 U 5 Production 51 shooters GM 2 M 4 A 9 B 14 C 11 D 8 U 3 Single Stack 19 shooters M 2 A 3 B 4 C 7 D 1 U 2 Revolver 4 shooters B 2 C 2 One Lone Limited 10 guy who is unclassified. Instant Alabama State Champion. Just don't DQ. No Pressure....
  4. It would pick up a primer when cycled manually. The operating rod freely pivots. the primer cup was rubbing so much on the housing that it was binding. Both large and small primer slides did this. I agree on the large sideforce, but there doesn't seem to be a way to eliminate that with the current design. I guess my question was answered, this isn't typical. Now that I have ground away the parts that rub (on the primer cup), it picks up a primer every time. I guess I'll rock along for now.
  5. I think that you can get that from Practiscore, if you are registered, from the squadding matrix.
  6. There's lots of wear marks on the inside of the housing. Is that normal?
  7. I have a 550B that I've had for over 5 years. It gets used, as I load for myself and my kids. The primer seating cups (13824, 13825) for both large and small primers are rubbing against one side of the primer housing (20263), the right side as you are facing the press when mounted on the bench. It rubs hard enough to cause it to bind, not travel far enough to pick up a new primer about half to a third of the time. Pretty frustrating. I've done everything in Brian's Guide to no avail. I believe that the torque (or moment) created by the operating rod is bending the slide to the side. I've tried grease, teflon, etc. The only fix that I have found to work is to grind the right side of the primer seating cup away so that it no longer touches to the housing upon retraction. I've had to do this to both my large and small primer slides. Does anyone else have this problem? Chris
  8. I think you have to register before you get to see who is squadded. That is a practiscore thing, I believe.
  9. Typically sometime after mid-may into June. With the change in venue, I'm not sure. L10TootieLynn has been the registration person (and done a great job) over the past few years.
  10. I'm expecting a caravan trailers from Thibodaux, Tangi, and Baton Rouge with trailers full of purple, blue, and black props driving up to Jerry's house come October....
  11. Jayson Friedman, Anniston Baluyot, and Luke Moore, If you are seeing this, please send me a private message. Chris Brown
  12. Guys, the thread has moved. The one you need to comment on is http://www.brianenos.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=226990.
  13. Man, I hate to say it, but Lifetimer sounds like a troll. Joined tonight, and lists his real name as "noone". I guess since the fire is out and smoldering on this thread you wanted to get out the bellows and try to get it going again. Because that really helps to add value to the situation.
  14. You were mentioned because you are famous all over the Benosphere for asking for stage diagrams from match directors at remarkably premature times. Like right after the match is announced. So do you have stages? Maybe I can send in my registration - I heard I have a chance of getting in still! Exactly

  16. Moderators, Is there any way to get everything after post #68 moved to another thread? The match is in May and that's a long time for folks to be wading through all that like TXTom. Call the new thread "How get a State Match moved to a new club and tick off a lot of people in the process".
  17. I'd just like to remind folks this thread is about the 2016 Mississippi Classic. Discussions about other matches should be moved to another thread. Folks might get confused and think this is Telemundo or something.
  18. I'm partial to the sausage myself. Wait. That didn't come out right. Y'all know what I mean.
