We have about 20 events on the books for 2014. The up side to making one of "monthly gigs" is that you would get to experience our flavor of matches and to experience the wonderful facility at Woody's Hunt and Rifle Club. We do online registration for all monthly events (just like the TH3GN Challenge)...they usually fill up quick too.

I think on post 27 ,of this very long thread, we completely defined our stages. But if you have any question google tarheel3gun both our major match and our monthly match. We average over 90 shooters per month and I don't there is any issue with stage design...the 2014 Bushmaster Tarheel Challenge sold out in 6 minutes with 61 shooters currently on its wait list....stages don't worry. But as always I will answer any question ( to included asked and answered questions).Bryan 45 glad you are in it for the fun, that is often something folks forget. Hands down these events will exceed what you have experienced...you will certainly have fun.

Jesse you asked: Well here you go... with a few pictures....I had the pleasure to meet at the 3GN Regional FFL in NC this past Friday...In the vault, I was among stacks of prize table goodies marked for the 2014 3GN Regional matches ....Remington products stacked 6-7 feet tall, case and cases of ammo, box after box of Remington and Para pistols... stacks of Bushmaster and DPMS rifles...Santa came early. Registration for this match will open on Jan 1st, at 6pm est. Match fee is $215.00. The venue for this event is the Clinton House Plantation, Clinton SC, home of the 3 gun nation southeastern regional. OK FOLKS I THINK WE HAVE SAID THIS A FEW TIMES: If you have an email that says you are promoted then you have a slot in the match... If you did not get an email saying you were promoted then?????you are on the wait list..... AND "PAYMENT" invoices should go out next week ...it seem several folks have asked about payment..we are aware that some people paid the night of event sign up, but that was not the plan...We will post on here when invoicing is working.

A good start on the round count would be 200 pistol, 120 shotgun, 10 slugs and 200 rifle...our stage design is unique, we don't tell shooters to stand here and shot this target with this firearm...our flavor of stage design gives you options as to which firearm you select to use. Having said that you wont get a target for target round count, we allow our competitors to play to their strength. It seems to work, in 2013 we held 18 "monthly" matches that averaged 80 plus competitors at each match and one major match last year with little to no concern for stage design...this is not a one off or one and done deal. last week we hand 60 folks..hardcore 3 gunner brave the rain and cold to get their Tarheel3gun fix...just saying If you want to see what you might run into go to YouTube and type in Tarheel 3 gun...you will see the flavor we have branded...as for the Larues we are fitting them with new 10, 8 and 6 inch plates. So far they all fall with a 9mm at 75 yards, so i am confident a rifle will make them drop without issue. If you were wait listed keep check on your email....several folks will be moved into the match. If you get moved into the match please pay the invoice on or before the listed date. Our system will move non paid invoice to the wait list.

AS FOR RO's for the 3GN Regional matches...folks we are very grateful for the desire to RO, however we have a pretty stable staff for these events. That is part of our plan and the beauty of the 3GN regional, to be consistent with rule, staff, targets, 3GN rifle barricade, and so on. Having said that we do plan to include some local help with our current staff of Match Directors, Range Master and CROs.... Stage RO's will be name much later in the process. I would suggest that you follow through with registration and payment even if you selected to RO. If you pay and later you are selected to RO.... then we would refund you. Our refund policy is simple...we don't pro rate you out and take portions of your money, that is not something we support! You must cancel on or before March 1st, 2014 for a full refund. However we are also very understanding if something comes up. Our reason for a month out cancelation date is solely to consider those that did not make the match and are sitting on the waitlist. However after Feb 1st 2014 we will have to issue refunds via company checks...so if you do cancel after Feb 1st, send your address.

We intend to re skin them with a 12 inch circle...the two test models fall with a 9mm carbine at 75 yrds...

Thanks..if you check last years cost we reduced it by 5 bucks to meet the tax deal half way. But everything else went up.
