The Ohio Championship match being held Sept 5-6 in Circleville will be changing the dates to Oct 2-3. This is due to several circumstances. But don't worry it is all for good. If you plan on shooting the Ohio match please get you application in ASAP. We have some big news and you won't want to miss out on this opportunity. Something like this only comes around once every few years so I urge you to get those apps in now rather than regret it later. Keep an eye on this thread for more infomation that will follow. Did you catch the slip up in the shooter meeting? The stage name was Fan Dancer and I called it FRAN Dancer. That was a tough stage. I missed a target that was right beside a barrel. 2 mikes and FTE!

The scores have been posted on USPSA. Thanks Chris. Thanks to all that came out for the 2nd offical match of the year. We had a great bunch of guys that helped out to make it a reeaallly good match. We did have some scoring issues though. We need to make sure the score sheets are filled out correctly. I will remind everyone to check your score sheet after you shoot to make sure all hits are accounted for and there is a time written down so we don't have this problem. OK enough rambling. It looks like it's going to be a high of 66 degrees for Saturday. So yeah a heat wave. Although that will be a little chilly for me cause I'm sitting pool side with a frozen drink right now down in Key West and it's like 75 or something right now.

Here are the stages for Saturday, March 7th at the Circleville range. 125 rounds. 4 field courses and a classifier. Lots of walls, steel, a shaky bridge and other stuff like those CFL's. I thought they were referring to the phrase "applying common sense." Somehow that seems to get overlooked in these discussions. I would rather apply rules than common sense. Rules are written down and they are the same for everyone. Common sense is a subjective thing. Its like a box of chocolates - you never know what you are going to get. Will you then apply the DQ rule for having a gun in his hand after the COF has ended? If not, why not? Gary interesting......

I know its very late notice but I didn't know about the weather. I know I'm ready to get back in to shooting. It's been a long time since my last match Everyone that reads this should tell a friend to help get the word out.

I have confirmed with the Ross county fairgrounds that the Easyrider rodeo is also on the same weekened as the OH Sectional. So make sure you book your hotels ahead of time. They will get filled up early.
