  3. Hey Micah After looking at the times on the TRAVELIN MAN, I guess it would have been better to shoot the first 10 shots on the move. Reload and shoot the next 6 freestyle then grab the case and take the 4 shots on the right as you ran by then reoad again and take the rest...... Man I screwed that one up smokin time. nice job
  4. Thanks to all that came out to shoot and have fun on saturday. Especially the ones who came early to help with setup. And stayed for tear down. 8. Saturday Oct 4th we are having our USPSA match in circleville. I have 6 stages picked out as long as everything goes as planned. It's 146 rounds, with some run and gun and a backing stage. Set up is at 800 am, Registration at 9:30 and shoot around 10:15. And don't forget this is a volunteer sport so if you can come early for setup please do. The more help we have the better the stages can be. Hope to see you there. 9. I offer 5 stages. 4 field courses and 1 classifier. Matches are between 130 and 155 for the round count. I try to challenge the shooter but still keep it fun. I come up with new props each month. My last prop is what most people are calling a "CFL"( Conrad fault line ) it's an ellavated fault line that you run at knee height above the fault line and scored just like the cooper tunnel. We are about an hour south of Columbus and with the price of gas and ammo both going up is what I see the main problem is. Even though the match only costs $15. We also normally have a master or two and a GM that shoots every month. Thanks for the imput and if your not busy Oct 4th come check us out
  10. Chris is still out of power. So here are the scores. PistolFinalsAlldivisions.txt OH07_2008_09_06_Limited.txt OH07_2008_09_06_Limited_10.txt OH07_2008_09_06_Open.txt OH07_2008_09_06_Production.txt OH07_2008_09_06_SingleStack.txt
  11. Just wandering if attendance is down everywhere. At my club our s is down 33%, If my math is correct. Last year I would guess the average number of shooters per match was around 45 and this year its about 35. I think the cost of lead, copper, brass, gas, primers, ect.... is the reason why. We do get a couple of new shooters each month though. How is the attendance at your club?
  12. Can you put the files in PDF??? Flyin I don't know how but I'm sure someone can If we ask really nice and say please
  13. I'm thinking about running a backing up stage for next month. Just wandering if the average Joe shooter that comes to C-ville is ready for something like that. What do you guys think? I attached 2 stages that I designed. Backing_Up.DOC Retreat_2.DOC
  14. I would like to thank everyone that came out Saturday and shot the USPSA match in Circleville. Other than getting started a little late I think the day went pretty smooth. Special thanks to Cris Keen for getting the scores done so fast. And everyone that came early for setup. Hope everybody had a good time. see you next month Jason
  15. It should be a good day for shooting. The weather report is only a 25% chance of rain. ( maybe just a drizzle ) 70 degrees at the start of the day with a high of 78 degrees by 3:00pm. Hope to see you all there
  16. here are the stages for the September match in Circleville. Hope to see you there. Setup is at 8:00am Registration at 9:30 and shoot around 10:15. As always I can always use all the help I can get for setup. Counter_Attack.DOC Fast_20.doc 06_03.pdf Zig_Zag_2.DOC Not_so_easy.DOC
  17. Besides how cool was it to watch Flyn 40 tip toe and jump like a ballerina
  18. I think I like them even more now since they got you guys. That must mean it's a good prop, and who knows maybe someone from the USPSA organization will hear about it and it will be put in the rule book. (How cool would that be to have your name recognized like the Cooper tunnel)You can plan on seeing more of the conrad fault line in the future.
  19. I would like to thank everyone who came out today. Hope you all had fun. I thought I was going to be short handed with set up, but you guys really step up to the plate and helped me put up some of the cool stages. Special thanks go out to Drew for showing up early for set up and running registration. Also to John F. for putting in 3hrs of set up time on Friday night. And Bob for running our new shooters through the safety briefing. There are numerous others so I'll just say thanks to all who helped. We have a good bunch of guys volunteering their time and that's what it takes to put on a good match. thanks again see you next month Jason
