Thanks for the help..I was shooting at a new indoor range and the owner invited me to shoot USPSA. BUT the metal plates they had there were 25 ft and he mentioned they had problems w lead splatter all the time ..I am just trying to stay safe. I live in the country so can set up a drill area and this will help. The kids shoot a lot so that also makes me want to be sure the bullets I use are safe. We always use glasses and ear protection. I make my kids use "ears" all the time every time. I wish my mom and dad had done that for me. My hearing sucks and i know it was from all the shooting for years, my own fault too.
I cant wait to get the new gun, get it tweaked to my liking and then wait for Spring! 6 inches of new snow, 20 mph winds and below zero temps...no shootin today! lol
