I have been shooting my M1D sniper rifle in tactical for a couple of years now. It is slow but a lot of fun. With M2 ball ammo and the old gun, April 1942 vintage, this gives a soft 403 power factor and a big boom to boot. The old gun shoots mostly A's because you have to aim every shot, unless they are less than 10 yards. There are no double taps at longer ranges. Scoring as major and you will soon start to keep up the guys in your normal class. This not for everybody, but if you are out to have fun it is a great way to do it.

The DPMS "Black Cat Express" 43 foot traveling showroom of all their guns and products will be at Whittaker Guns (West Louisville, Ky near Owensboro) after the match on Saturday and Sunday. It would make a great Saturday to shoot 3-gun in the morning and play with all the guns on the Black Cat express that afternoon.
