I was on 14 as well. I hated to see the one shooter go, but he was a good sport. I really had a great time at this match and enjoyed meeting all the new faces. Even though the weather was what it was, I cant think of anything I would have rather spent my weekend doing other wise.

I'm currently reading "On Combat". Grossman speaks of this in his book. He says it is your bodies "fight or flight" response. He gives examples of various times where the shooter sees the writing on casings or trys to pull the trigger and its soooo hard. It is your mind thinking faster than your body can react. It is normal. I wish I could get into that zone everytime I shoot.

The factory base pads work on mine. I do wonder if with Dawson Precision Ice magwell and Dawson Precision Tall blade front optic, if a 35 still fits in the idpa box. The width of the base pad is ok but what about length and heighth of the gun. I also wonder if the brass plug that the magwell comes with is IDPA legal?
